Perfect location on the most beautiful avenue in Lisbon...liberdade ave. Hotel is near all things. Lovely room; bed; garden is exquisite; drinks on par. Lighting inside is a little dark. NOW, i would have given an excellent rating but for one MAJOR problem. Without a doubt this was the worse Gym facility i have ever seen, let alone a 5 star hotel. They had 2 machines ONLY..one bike and one treadmill...that's it. It had a few weights and the room was infested with flies. I was floored with how basic and limited the facility is. Does NOBODY work out when they come to Lisbon?

I found the lighting to be unsatisfactory. The most significant improvement I would like to see is better lighting, particularly in the bathroom.

Great location, clean, great staff. I wish they had better pillows. It makes a big difference. The breakfast would run out of items that were not replaced. This was an issue if they had a large group coming for breakfast.

Location was great. Generally staff were very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The room and hallway smelled good. Shower area is slippery and needs to have a rubber mat.

The room was really big and very comfortable. They let me check in early and the reception with Arilson was excellent! I also really enjoyed the breakfast Breakfast could be earlier for people getting to the airport or working early

A wonderful, beautifully designed hotel. The rooms are fully equipped with everything needed, and the quality of the amenities and furnishings is exceptionally high, comfortable, and indulgent. The hotel staff, in every area, were simply fantastic — always happy to help and genuinely focused on the guest’s comfort and wellbeing. The breakfast was excellent, and the location was wonderful. Nothing significant to mention. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

The location, the kind and thorough service, the modern vibe, the view from our room and the wonderful variety at breakfast. A soft close toilet seat would be a great addition!

Amazing property situated in the heart of Lisbon, easy access via walking to most of the surrounding attractions. Having a car was also handy as the hotel offered free parking / valet. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was soo comfortable! The staff were more than accommodating and very friendly/helpful. We had an amazing stay and will definitely revisit. 5 star!! Nothing

All around excellent

An excellent hotel in every way. The property’s location on the most beautiful boulevard in the city was terrific, and for those who love high-end shopping, every luxury store was within walking distance. It was also close to the hub for the city tour busses. The hotel had a wonderful restaurant with a beautiful outdoor terrace and offered live music every night. The concierge service at the hotel was also excellent and a big help in answering questions about the area. They were also able to connect me with a wonderful private driver with whom I toured surrounding areas all of one day. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and filled with amenities. I would recommend this hotel to anyone either on business or traveling for leisure.

The location is wonderful. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms were updated and clean and spacious. Breakfast is very good. Great place to stay in the city for a few days. Nothing to not like

Excellent location, nice facilities We are a group of six people. We stayed there four nights, three rooms booked. There were four incidents that caused us to rate our stay there disappointed: 1) One our our friend took a drinking glass down to the lobby to ask for some ice. He waited 15 minutes just to received one glass of ice. 2) While we appreciate the daily treats delivered to our room, we don't appreciate the staff entered our room after just one knock. One of our friend didn't have time to put on a robe. The staff was already in the room! Our friend was half naked! 3) We sat at the table in the patio one night and used the welcome drink tickets for the first round. We waited for an hour but no one came out to check if we want to order anything else. 4) The host at the breakfast buffet was very unfriendly to us. She seemed annoyed at us and didn't greet us like how she greeted other guests. The facility and rooms were nice but the service we received at this five stars hotel was terrible. We felt discriminated or looked down upon. We spoke with the restaurant manager the night before we left. He treated us a nice dinner and we appreciate his gesture but the damaged has already been done. To earn the five stars hotel you need not only have nice clean facility, but how you treat your customers so they feel valued is what get you to that five stars. In our case, we felt de-valued.

The room cleanliness and size. Location. Good breakfast selection with good coffee. Dinner at property was lovely, the food was great and evening staff was exceptional especially Lilliana and the Brazilian sommelier. Decor was very dark - black and dark grey interiors with fake plants on the wall inside. Interior could be softened up with lighter colours. Morning breakfast concierge at door is unfriendly and unwelcoming - rest of the staff was good.
