Great location and yet with a pool a garden to relax in. Fairly priced convenience self service shop. Pool is not heated so it is quite cold to swim (visit mid July).

The apartment, once we were there, was good, spacious. Tring to find the location was an hour ordeal. Staff at the desk said not speak portuguese, dd no know how to direct us to the place, no parking (and we were not told upfront), manager just sat in inside office while poorly prepared front office lady was struggling... that spoilt the stay. Pool facilities closed at 9pm. IN Portugal, at 9pm its still sunny. Only towels for two people, but we were three. Booking.com had issues with payment. Did not charge our card, and again, confusion at front desk as to whether we, ad other guests had paid or not.

Staff, location and facilities We got to our room late at night and the sofa bed was not done and there was a water bottle halfway drank in our fridge that wasn’t ours.

Perfect location and helpful staff. The room facilities We were put in a very dark room on the rooftop, with almost no windows and view.

Nice apartment, great location. Check in time of 4pm is unfortunately simply unacceptable. Despite asking for earlier check in this wasn't available. This was only thing that would make me reluctant to use again.

Staff were amazing and friendly. Super helpful. I really wish I could remember all their names. They all gave great tips on how to get around and where to eat. Accommodation it's self is clean and beautiful. Not sure how it could have been avoided but there were several flies in our Apartment. Even when we thought we got rid of 5, 2 more would appear. Everything else was perfect.

We liked the apartment very much - it was beautifully decorated, very clean, spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. Very helpful and friendly staff that made every effort to make sure we had everything we needed to feel like at home. Location felt safe and convenient for visiting as a tourist. We loved the self-service convenient store downstairs with the most common groceries that you might need for a short stay in the aparment. We highly recommend staying at this place and would love to come back. nothing - we loved our stay in this place
