My room was on 4th floor and accessed by very steep stairs. Also the noise from Pink Street is significant. The hotel should try and sound proof the rooms as the DJ until 5am each night was heard. In the meantime, I suggest ear plugs. Internet was a little spotty.

Although it was on the heart of the pink street, it was very well soundproofed and could sleep quietly at night. Great location, near to many bars and restaurants, as well as the train station.

The room itself was great. It was very large and equipped with everything we needed. The hotel is located right on Pink Street, so very centrally located. The stairs to our room. We were on the 4th floor and we did not have an elevator. The stairs are old so very steep and it was rough. This hotel is also located directly on Pink Street, so it's more adult. I was traveling with my husband and 13 year old son. I booked this hotel becsuse it had the loft bed for my son. If I had known that Pink St. Was for adults, I would have chosen a different hotel. This hotel is great for a couple, not kids.

The charming, boho-industrial theme of the room was superb! Simple amenities were included and neat!

Breakfast was awesome? The smell of the room is bad. If you have allergies like me, you will not appreciate the smell. I felt congested all the time.

We loved the property! It was very noisy until 6:30 AM due to major partying going on on the Pink Street!

We were , unknowingly, on Pink St, which meant little to no sleep.The hotel advertised that it was located 5mins.from the famous night area, but we were on it. We were also on the 3rd floor with no lift which was exhausting after a day of walking up and down hills.

Clean room with great shower, comfortable bed, and fun details like exposed beams. In a great location near the ocean and downtown - easy to walk most places. Very helpful staff - carrying luggage up 2 flights & down. Room was quite small with no storage space.

Friendly staff Our room was leaking; they were not able to find the source of the leak. Most of the time our room smelled like toilet.

Very clean and beautifully decorated The fifth floor is a LONG way up, particularly with suitcases. It can also be noisy, because of the location on Pink Street if your room is lower, and at the front of the building

Luan and Dénis received us for check-in. They were extremely welcoming and gave us great dining recommendations. Luan answered all our questions and gave us great tips to view the city. Dénis helped us with our luggage and was great , both always smiling and cheerful. The breakfast was excellent with great variety. Our room was on the 4th floor, lots of stairs but manageable.

The location was incredible near of everything, markets, train station, plaza & central Lisboa. Maybe the rooms may have a small cooler

Beautiful and cozy home feel to this boutique hotel. The staff was amazing. The breakfast was so so good, make sure u book your stay with the breakfast! The air in the room smells moldy and odd. You can’t open the window to ventilate!
