Great variety of breakfast options.Clean room and very helpfull staff.The receptionists were specially very caring and offered a tour in which we were really happy about. Room size was a bit small

Everything was quite okay.

When we got there we were upgraded to a better room.. I have no idea of how my expected room was going to be like but the upgraded room which was given to us was very nice. Breakfast was included and it has, in my opinion, a suficient variety of food. This ranges from cakes to cheese, ham, juices breads and the traditional scrambled eggs. Our room had a jacuzzi instead of a traditional shower cabin, would prefer the traditional shower cabin.

Location - in a good area of Lisbon Room walls are paper thin. You can hear others’ alarms sounding thinking it is yours.

The position of the hotel is very good .The staff is very helpful.

Definitely loved the staff and being able to blast the AC all night, it was definitely necessary in this heat. The bed was also extremely comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice, with plenty of options to choose from. There was a slight carelessness with the bedding's conditions, we noticed some (what I hope were) bleach stains on the pillows and blanket. The lack of a smart TV or a coffee machine (which I know we can request as an extra package) definitely felt off for the price we paid, considering these were included in previous, cheaper accomodations. The place where we had breakfast also wasn't a great experience. No natural light, as it's underground, and it was too tightly packed, which not only created some discomfort, as the other guests were almost having breakfast with us, but also made moving around quite challenging.

It was sparkling clean, modern, fresh & conveniently located to excellent restaurants, the metro & approximately.30 min to airport, with car service available. Nothing ~ it was amazing!

Everything! We were in the Brad Pitt Room and it was tons of fun! Nothing!

The air conditioning did not function properly. We had very bad nights.

It was a little outside City Center so I had to use my Ubers but it could easily be remediated with the transit system you have there.

Small room

Location to the airport is excellent for the money. Good value had a good breakfast and bar experience. It’s an older hotel wasn’t that crazy about that bathroom as far as I’m concerned, they could do. They could’ve saved a lot of room by doing away with the Kazi.

Comfortable and spacious room and very clean and tidy. The bedroom walls are not sound proof, so you can hear nearby noise. The breakfast spread is decent but can be better; more importantly, the hot food needs to remain hot for guests (a hot plate is recommended).

Repair is very high-quality. The staff is helpful very high-quality. They don’t upgrade my room. I have only one day. I hope I stay like one week.

The location is great and safe. The staff from the reception were very nice and helpfull, can’t say the same about the ones from breakfast. They had flavoured water everyday at the reception. It is a little bit old, needs some upgrades. They have to pay more attention at the cleaning details overall. The breakfast wasn’t great. Same food, understaff, we had a particular problem with the scrambled eggs because eather smelled funny or it was undercoocked. The walls are thin and you can gest everything from your neighbours.
