No ac and it will be lound since morning because of the peacock in the park

The employees were nice. No air conditioner, No TV Remote Control, the shower was horrible water come out all over. Only 1 flat small pillow. No refrigerator, No even Ice. No mirror just a small one in the bathroom.

It's a great location to stay. Good value- a traditional type of youth hostel, not very modern but it's fine. Seemed to be mostly solo travellers and some small student groups with teachers You get a basic breakfast included I like having a self-catering kitchen to make a drink (they have vending machines) but it's not a big deal

Wardrobes weren't clean, and doors of rooms were stuck.

The location of the hostel is a few metro stops away from the city centre, very convenient location. Since we left rather early on the day of our check-out, we received a breakfast bag with us. That was nice! The breakfast was very simple, and the employees were not the most welcoming. Moreover, the room was not very modern, could hear a lot of noises from walls on the sides (also at night), made up bed had hair on it and the room had a few moths flying around when we entered.

Make sense if you need to stay for one night anf you don't have extra 20 euros. In other cases it's better to find other location. Some facilities should be changed, buzzing outside the window from air-conditioners blocks. Poor breakfest, late check-in. Strong smell of some detergents after clearning.

I can't think of anything except maybe some air conditioning or fans for this hot time of year.

I like the staff (super helpful & nice), the ♻️ bins in the lobby, the breakfast included & served, the presence of a staff member at the reception (24 hours every day), the hours of operation (open 24 hours every day) & great location (metro stop outside the facility). It’s a clean facility & staff do clean it (I saw them) but the facility needs some upgrading to show the cleanliness or shine. For instance, the lockers in my room were old & rusted making the room look “dirty.” Also, there are areas that need to be repainted so it feels/looks “cleaner.” While staying at the facility, it was very hot in Lisboa & the facility is not equipped with air conditioning or fans. It also felt stuffy. My recommendation would be to open the windows for air to circulate & for freshness ? Another suggestion would be to put ♻️ bins at least in each floor. If there were more ♻️ bins in each floor, I believe guests would ♻️ more ? Thank you all for your friendliness, kindness & willingness to always help. I very much enjoyed my interactions with all of you!

The reception staff were friendly and accommodating. It was hot.

No electrical socket for changing mobiles are given near the bed even only one in each room

Location Worst hostel ever, very dirty, no AC, smells very bad

I had a late checkin and all went smoothly. Room was spacious . Breakfast was decent Showers were small and no AC in the room that made it very warm in the evening

Quiet location, nice neighborhood, near park, about 1/2 walk to city centre. Good breakfast: rolls/bread, meat, cheese, vegetables, cereals/milk, coffee, juice. Very helpful and kind staff.
