Centrally located Nothing

The staff that greeted us at the door were very welcoming. They offered us a glass of port and a pastry and were very helpful explaining the parking procedure.
-
The staff and location. Every place of interest was walking distance from the hotel. The staff at the reception desk were awesome and welcoming. The welcome glass of Porto and pastel de nata were a nice touch. Ricardo 1 and 2 at the front desk were awesome. Made us feel so welcome. The young lady booked an excellent Fado place for us and directed us to the authentic places for some Ginjha. Nothing! Loved our stay and will stay here again!

Nice and comfy Breakfast staff a little uptight.

The breakfast was minimal, even for European standards, something I wouldn't expect from a 4 stars hotel. The room is also poorly sound isolated and I had to buy hear plugs after the first night to be able to sleep.

It can get noisy in the evenings. We had someone singing and playing guitar right under our window at night. It is located in a pedestrian street, so one has to be dropped off a couple of blocks away and walk to the hotel with the luggage over cobble stones. The room was very small. The sliding door to the bathroom didn't close. It was mentioned to the reception, but nothing was done about it. Also the small fridge made a noise. Disrupting, especially at night.

I would highly recommend this as a first pic place to stay in Lisbon. loved everything!

Everything was wonderful! The staff was super helpful, the room was super clean. Great location! I liked everything.

Nothing. This hotel is a joke. I booked a standard room and they gave me a carve. A room that you can’t even put your personal bag let alone a luggage. The room was extremely small that you can’t even breath. I asked for a different room and they don’t have it, I had to book another hotel right away and I was charged for the night were I didn’t stay. Horrible experience.

Staff, clean, new.

One of the best dinners I ever had was at their restaurant Only problem was taxis cannot pull up in front of the hotel so you need to drag your luggage a block or two

Room 108, comfortable, neat and spacious, location is topnotch, 5 minutes walk to Rossio train station, 7 minutes walk to the river, public local transportation stops close by. Hair hanging from the hotel hair dryer in the washroom

The location, the cleanliness of the room & most of all the friendly & efficiency of the staff. Especially as l had to stay an extra night, then l have transferred to Rossio Plaza for another 2 nights due to the Air Canada dispute. I am about to go downstairs to see if l can stay at least another 2 nights, depending on when l can get a flight back to Toronto. My time & experiences in Lisbon have been wonderful. I can’t fault anything Nothing, all has been more than l expected

The hotel was in a quaint area, it’s a pedestrian only area and was close to the Rua Augusta , Praca de Comercio and the Rossio Square. Had lots of opportunities to explore the area. Food places were everywhere, shopping stores were around too. Although as a person with reduced mobility, Lisbon is quite challenging, I think I’d stay here again next time. The official website wasn’t working so I had a hard time booking.

We had an exceptional stay. The room was very clean and the windows were very thick so they blocked out noise from the street. Housekeeping was able to provide a mattress topper so our bedding was more comfortable. Overall, the hotel was in a central location so it was very easy to travel around. I also truly appreciated the staff, they were phenomenal at check-in and they even provided a birthday cake for me to make my stay extra special. It would be nice to have a microwave in the room.

The staff was awesome. The hotel was awesome and location was awesome. Super happy with the place ?

I liked the location! It was in a great part of town that was easy to get around from. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Some things weren’t very clean. The robes in the bathroom had hair and dirt on them. There were spots on the sheets and fruit flies in the room.

The location is excellent and the staff did everything possible to make sure our stay was comfortable. We found the room very warm despite being winter but the manager had an air conditioning unit delivered to our room!
