Very clean. Incredible staff. The location was fine but not what I was looking for. Would hav liked to be in the old quarter.

Hotel is excellent! All amenities are as described. The rooms are very cool, with excellent technology enhancements. Pools are wonderful. breakfast is excellent. The location is not ideal for quick access to subway as it's up the hill. Not much around the hotel, but a short uber or patient walk gets you where you need to be.

Great hotel, awesome breakfast, nice pool The organisation of the pool area. Sunbeds are given on 'first come first serve' basis which leads to ZERO sunbeds being available for people who finish their breakfast on holidays at 10 AM.

Good location in the city. Comfortable bedding, beautiful views of Lisbon and the pool is a very nice touch (Need to arrive before it opens to secure a sunbed). Breakfast was substantial. I’ve stayed at the other Epic Sana in Lisbon and this one is a very different hotel. Not as modern or updated. This one is very outdated with the brown furniture and carpet, rooms are a bit tired and bathroom could use an update. The towels were all very worn, ripped and very thin.

The room was very specious and when we asked to change the room, it was changed immediately. The service and the staff were really exceptional

It’s a beautiful hotel the front desk staff were very nice and helpful. I stayed here 3,years ago and Rodrigo remembered me. Excellent customer service they are all concierges and helped me regarding my trip to Sintra. Monica was amazing. The room was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and everything was wonderful. Nothing except when I was having dinner at the hotel the door to outside was open and I smelled the cigarette smoke. The dinner was excellent x 2 nights and the staff were professional.
