Everything. This hotel is perfection. Nothing. Loved everything

Based on the website photographs I thought our room class would be larger with two windows. The size of the room, while not tiny, as in many European hotels, was more expensive than it should have been. I also misunderstood that the term “garden” refers to the public park across the street not the inner garden which is small and at the back. Overall, the quality of the room features (though I hate the open closet rack trend), the staff, food and attention to detail helped.

beautiful! such a gorgeous place and a very friendly and helpful staff. the bar and breakfast are top notch!

The staff was amazing (Krishna and Isabel especially). We loved the location being a bit north of the hustle and bustle of downtown Lisbon. Breakfast was delicious and the facilities were beautiful.

This small hotel is situated beside a small square with a charming coffee kiosk in a quiet but accessible neighborhood. Hotel des Amoreiras shows an attention to detail that is extraordinary. A jewel of a hotel run and staffed by people who really care about their guests. Breakfast was incredible and the location offered us a different insight into the city of Lisbon. Would heartily recommend this hotel. Staff was outstanding and rooms very comfortable. In general, a fabulous hotel

The staff was amazing and the hotel was the cutest, most perfect stay in Lisbon. Would love to return Bed could have been a bit more comfortable! Room was small, but cozy use of the space.

Breakfast was delicious, and the little touches made it special. Fresh squeezed orange juice or a beet root detoxer fress-squeezed were both delicious. Nothing really. Our poor planning or really just the demands of the airplane travel from the US got us to the hotel around 6:45 am, sleepless, without a room for 8+ hours. The desk clerk was exceedingly nice, but couldn't do much to help us; we should have gotten a room somewhere else for the prior night so we could at least have taken a nap. Nothing to do with the Amorerias.

Friendly and professional staff with personalized advice and recommendations on what to do, where to shop/eat, etc. The breakfast is top tier and very good quality and value. The hotel is clean and room service is done with great attention to detail (I even found my clothes with sand on them all washed and dried, sometimes they come 2-3x a day to refill water, close the blinds before bed time etc). The staff are very nice and go above and beyond to make your experience better. The hotel location is a little isolated from the hustling and bustling area with nightlife (Baixa/Chiado/Bairro Alto) but is located conveniently at the top of the city so it’s a scenic 20 min walk DOWNHILL to the seaside (and you get to the all the key neighborhoods on the way). Overall highly recommend and will be repeating next time we’re in Lisbon!

The decor was beautiful, breakfast was great, and service was top notch! I loved the neighborhood, did not feel touristy. Very quaint!

This hotel stay was a highlight of our 11 night trip thru Spain and Portugal. We ended our journey in Lisbon at das Amoreiras, and I don't think there could have been a better way to end the trip. Check-in was easy. The staff was beyond helpful and offered a refreshing juice/tea before we could even ask. The lobby area was immaculate and also welcoming-- the scent they use is fantastic. The highlights were the classically appointed bar and the garden courtyard. Breakfast was in a league of its own. Menu items were what you'd get at a high-end restaurant. From the micro greens to the edible flower garnishes, each plate was a woek of art. Fresh squeezed juice and hand-crafted coffee were treats as well. The meal prepared us for Lisbon's hills and sights! And then there's Pedro!! The hotel owner with an infectious smile. He was a pleasure to speak with and showed a genuine love for the hotel, the surrounding neighborhood, and ensuring we enjoyed our stay. He sets a great example for the entire staff of what great bespoke service looks like. We will be back. NOTHING!!! this hotel had it all.

The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming. I appreciated the early check-in after international travel. Wonderful breakfast service.

Our stay at this hotel was perfect. The hotel is very beautiful, tastefully decorated, and with exceptional attention to detail. Rooms are luxurious, modern and impeccably clean. The staff is absolutely incredible, everyone is exceptionally kind, helpful, friendly and goes out of their way to make your stay a wonderful experience. We also loved the location of the hotel, on a little quiet street facing a quaint, lovely square. Although tucked away in a quiet part of Lisbon, it is within walking distance to most of the main attractions. All in all, this hotel is just perfection and certainly is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. It is a place you look forward to returning at the end of the day. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner on our last day who was immensely kind and friendly - and even sent us off to our taxi heading to the airport. Thank you, Pedro and team, for making our stay in Lisbon so wonderful! Nothing, everything was perfect.

Loved the accommodating staff and rooms were nice with great linens. A very pretty small hotel. On the “could be improved” front, the fan in the bathroom is very loud and can’t be turned off (they turn it off later in the night though). Also the air didn’t work so I had to have the window open.

Location alongside small garden square with iconic Portuguese 'quiosque' provided a traditional vibe. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room and bar facilities provided an extremely comfortable stay, all well maintained and beautifully decorated. The maid service was much appreciated and helped to make stay very welcoming. My room was very well equipped and everything needed for my short stay was at hand. Breakfast options were amazing and delivery and presentation brilliant Also a very relaxing and comfortable bar to relax in evenings Nothing not to like
