Location It would have been nice to mix the breakfast up a bit. It was the same everyday

We checked in late and were welcomed and well informed. Amazing breakfast.

No drying rack for washing machine

Good breakfast choices, and self serve. Location. Easy access Bit bland in decor - white walls. Not really anyone to greet us, at least in English

Charming place, room very quiet, clean & felt very safe. Excellent location.

The room was very good - up in the eaves (sloping ceiling) and away from the street, so quieter. Comfortable bed, good shower. Prior to arriving, the owner Ricardo was helpful in advising which metro route was the better to travel from the rail station. On arrival Marta gave us good local bus and dining recommendations. The location (slightly away from main tourist areas) suited us well. As we were warned by Marta, tea doesn't brew very well! (maybe the water is too soft?)

The location was good, the cleanliness of the room was perfect. Outside the room was the dining area, going out of the room to find people having breakfast was a bit weird but it was just different.

Should include egg options .. scrambled, fried .. free coffee 24/7. The water drain in shower did not allow water to drain therefor filling basin to over flowing . Did not drain properly

This stay was big surprise. The owner is such a sweetheart, so friendly and kind. The rooms are perfect. All the place is spotless! The breakfast is basic but everyone can find something. I do love this place and the stay was absolutely amazing. All perfect!

I'm very happy with everything: nice room and w.c.,great breakfast, quietness of the place, excellent location, sympathy of the staff Nothing to appoint-

The location is also very good, the metro is on the corner and it is also close to the tourist buses. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the fact that the bed was a little noise.

Very warm welcoming, and the room was small. But we had everything we needed. Cosy atmosphere, beautiful breakfast place. Would come here again!

We really liked the location of this B&B, even if it's not as central as many other accomodation options. Being just 200m from the Rato transport hub meant we could jump onto buses or the metro to go wherever we wanted in Lisbon, whilst it was close enough for us to walk down to the riverside. Breakfast was great with plenty of variety and there were fruits and cake available all day. Room was clean and very light with wooden floors. My husband is a very light sleeper so with the window open he was easily disturbed by late night conversations on the street or traffic on the nearby main roads. For me, I'd have liked a firmer pillow option but that's a very subjective criticism.

Clean, lively place.

Very nice reception upon arrival. Friendly staff. Nice to have fruit and cake available at all times, clean room, comfy beds. Location was a bit off for us, also, on our second morning we went to have breakfast at 8h45 (breakfast is from 8h to 10h) and there was almost nothing left, no refill either. We really took the last bread so I hope there was noone else coming after us.
