Charming hotel, in a quiet location near several parks and the botanical garden. Staff were helpful and a very nice continental breakfast was included. Would definitely recommend and also return.

Lovely hotel with a unique elegance to it. Our room was comfortable, clean, and beautiful. The breakfast food was solid and hosted in a gorgeous dining area. Staff was friendly and helpful! Location was good and not far from places we wanted to visit in the city, though we did uber around most of the time. There are some beautiful views, fun shops, and a nice park just a short walk away.

The property is very nice and well maintained. The staff were professional, attentive, and made the stay feel welcoming from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection and great quality. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I loved the location which was in a comfortable walking distance from the center yet not in a too busy area. Breakfast was good. The staff was extremely nice and helpful! The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Seems that my specific room suffered from music (bass rhythmic sound) probably from an adjacent business, that usually stopped around 10PM. There was also a minor problem with plumbing that couldn't get fixed during my short stay.

THat it was so beautiful and old and in a nice location. The room was beautiful with antique furniture. The key to the door was a bit tricky. Just that the bathroom was a bit tight with nowhere to put anything.

I found the staff incredibly helpful. After our subway trek to the hotel from the airport, and a long flight, we were a little spent. The gentleman checking us in helped my wife with her bag up the stairs and allowed us to check in early. The room was great and the breakfast was thoroughly enjoyable - well stocked, good daily variety, and high quality offerings (haven't eaten excellent eggs like that in a hotel in years). Breakfast bonus was the lovely room and the view out to the church across the street offered by one of the tables by the window. Highly recommend this establishment as it got our vacation off to a great start! Not a thing, could not of been happier.
