We stay here every time we visit Lisbon. It was a wonderful! We love the women at the front desk! They are lovely and always willing to help make our stay an exceptional experience! Thank you again to all the staff!

Location is perfect, close to main important areas in Lisbon. Close to rossio station. I liked how it it a unique hotel as for the design. It was a little bit dark in the rooms because of the black color used for the walls.

Excellent location, clean modern spacious rooms. Gorgeous bar and friendly staff

O Hotel precisa de uma grande reforma no geral. Os móveis do quarto e as áreas comuns estavam bem desgastados. O café da manhã também bem fraco.

Location. Our first room had a broken air system and horrible room design. The bed was almost impossible to get in and out of without climbing over each other. We insisted on being moved (which was a better room but not what we paid for). There was no effort to apologize or reimburse us the difference. We had paid for a king bed with a view. Got a double without any view. Lesson learned. Stay away from this property!

It’s in the center, so close to major places. Nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

The location was excellent. I was afraid of noise, being on the square, but the windows must be 3 panes. The staff was lovely. The ambiance is cool and the rooms were modern and comfortable. I honestly can’t think of a thing.

Staff was wonderful and the location was great for us.

The location was absolutely perfect—very central and within easy walking distance of many attractions. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection to start the day. The rooms were quite dark, but that is part of the hotel’s design style and atmosphere. We had a few suggestions regarding our room, and we had the opportunity to meet Filipa, who was wonderful. She took the time to listen to our feedback, and some of our suggestions were implemented immediately, which was greatly appreciated. All the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions. We also received a very warm welcome from Vitória (apologies if I’ve misspelled her name), who was always kind, professional, and eager to assist throughout our stay. There was nothing we disliked about our stay. Any concerns or requests we had were taken into consideration promptly, and the team did their best to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The design is very interesting and modern. Plant- based, I guess you could say! Browns and greens everywhere. The bed was comfortable. The lighting in the room was quite dim. I imagine it is part of the design but overall it felt dark and overbearing. The bathroom leaked water no matter what one does since it was a hand-held shower. Great to have a bidet, though.

Room with a view over the square
-
The location was good flat and central with good transport options. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. The location spoilt by the market in the square in front. Trams passing were noisy. The room was dark and badly lit and in need of renovation and restyling - this applied to the whole hotel. The shower was awful as water leaked into the floor from the glass door. The breakfast was very boring and with limited options. No nuts no biscuits and poor pastries and cakes.

Some front house staff great; some front house staff not so good.

Location Bed confortable Carpet in the hallway not properly put and very wrinkled. Very dark in the room and bathroom. Dark mirror?!? Why? It made it look dirty

The location of the hotel was very good. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. The room was not ready at the check-in time at 2pm. The bed was little uncomfortable but it was okay.

This was our last stop on our Honeymoon trip. We arrived to a gorgeous room overlooking the square. The hotel was in a perfect location to be able to walk all throughout the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even made us a reservation at a recommended restaurant the night we got in. Highly recommend staying here! NA

I stayed here for 4 nights. Very nice view from the room as it is located to the figueira plaza, very convenient. Breakfast is delicious and good except that the coffee machine was broken and cannot make drink with milk for 2 days. Staff is helpful.
