Great location, very close to a metro station. Great breakfast selection and staff were lovely The rooms were a bit cramped for the three of us, but we spent a lot of time out and about so it wasn’t a problem.

The room was clean and presentable. Breakfast was more than we expected. Staff was very accommodating. Nothing we didn't like. Wish we had longer stay but we had to be on ship the following day.

The hotel's location is very good, and the reception staff were very helpful. The breakfast is reasonable, but the coffee tastes a bit odd. I was disappointed with the room service. In particular, our room was not cleaned on one day, even though we had left the door sign indicating that we wanted it cleaned. On another day, we had to specifically request clean towels.

The location is very good, close to a metro stop, to Ave. Liberdade and Restauradores where you can find restaurants and shopping. It is not too far from the historic downtown, but it is a long walk to certain parts such as Alfama. The breakfast was varied. The rooms are clean. The rooms are small and they have very few outlets to plug electronics. If you’re staying more than 3-4 days in a 3-person room, it can feel a bit cramped. It is a basic hotel in a good location.

The staff and location. The,breakfast room was noisy and terrible accoustics. Loud and boring breakfast. Not the best way to start the day !

location room size. there 1as no space to open lugage and pull all in so you do not block doorway or so. sofa bad was uncomfortable and for child was not suitable as it had steal frame where one could be injured. I have been staying in holiday in express in Netherlands and other eu countries and I had different expectations especially with booking.com ranking more than 8.

Location was great! And the breakfast was plentiful and had a good selection. I did book a double but was given two single beds. They did rectify it.

The helpful staff. We reached at night and the shower was broken in our room. The staff quickly moved us to another room. The rooms felt a bit small without space to keep much luggage.
