Hotel Botanico

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Botânico and would absolutely recommend it! We stayed for 6 nights and had a great experience from beginning to end. The location is excellent — very close to the city center and within easy reach of everything we wanted to see, while at the same time being on a quiet street where we always felt very safe. Everyone working at the hotel was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They were always happy to give us useful tips about Lisbon, explain how to get to the places we wanted to visit, and share recommendations that made exploring the city much easier. We also had breakfast at the hotel twice and really enjoyed it. There was a great variety of options, and we found it definitely worth it. Overall, we felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. What really stood out was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff — they made an already lovely trip to Lisbon even better. Thank you for everything! ❤️

We liked the property, the only concern was, we added the 2nd night, and we felt the receptionist changed the price , compered with what was offered there and what was offered with booking.com. When we asked to get the 2nd night, he suggested to book it with them, and we showed him the price was offered by booking.com, which was lower, but we felt he changed something with the setting, which increased the price in the booking.com site within a second . We end up paying more to stay for the 2nd night .

Location was problem the best thing. There were a lot of things but being so central and even parking was easy. I would stay there again for sure. I can't think of anything.

We just stayed for 1 night, but the hotel provided us what we needed. Perfect location if you want to stay in the city centre and use public transportation. Paid street parking is also available. The person in the front desk was very nice, friendly, and competent. Our two rooms were comfortable and clean, with a quiet AC. Close proximity to many restaurants, and shops. Overall, good value for money with a very good location if you want to stay in the city centre, and will rely on public transportation. N/A.

Amazing location! The view to Lisbon city center is great and it is close to one of the main streets as well.

close to everything, yet quiet and clean, very kind staff also, and helpful, had a great sleep and could walk to metro and any where else I needed to be the breakfast options were expense
