We happened to be there for Spain vs. Portugal in the World Cup. Loved how the bar was set up with so many monitors to watch. We asked at the front desk which train station we needed to go to to get to Tunes and were told to go to Santa Apolonia. But that was incorrect and we had to take a cab to Oriente. Very disappointing.

The pillows are absolutely terrible. For a hotel that gives itself 5 star rating, the pillows are so cheap and so terrible to sleep on. Think I never seen a hotel with so terrible quality of pillows. The hotel needs to invest in better pillows other than that it went all good

From the moment we arrived to the hotel we felt very welcome and take care of. The staff is exceptionally kind, helpful and competent. The rooms were very beautifully decorated and organized. Overall, I would recommend it without hesitation. One thing I would recommend to improve quickly is the quality of coffee. I just can’t stand nespresso at the 5* hotels. With aching heart I see many good hotels around the globe serving this low level quality coffee which makes the experience less luxury and the breakfast less tasty.
