The Tea Kettle. I have not expected but we had and im a tea lover so ja The location was ok The staff was good and helpful It was too loud i was not able to sleep good at night because unfortunately the windows are not soundproof which bothered me alot. The Shower Area. The water stayed while showering.

Rooms were spacious and accommodated the needs of my group. Location was great as there were many grocery stores, restaurants and metro stations nearby. Staff was on hand 24/7 to provide support and answer any questions and help with booking transport to the airport. The road noise can be a bit loud late into the night, some of the room configurations had very tight shower facilities which made bathing awkward and prone to water getting everywhere in the bathroom.

The hotel is in the prime location, very clean, the service was super friendly.. The room is a little small but was ok, I know in Lisbon city center the space is expensive

I liked the location and how close it’s to the metro station, i liked the cleanliness and the staff were very nice, Beds were small, no carpet on the floor. When we came back after our day ends we always find a not good smell when we enter

The 2nd floor the room smelled like complete sewer. It smelled disgusting. The 4th floor room there were no complaints.

Everything was perfect like every time I stay. I'm nitpicking but the bedside lights are quite bright. Personally, having a dimmer switch or a lampshade on both would have helped offer a dimmer light for optional ambience. I also wasn't a fan of having to write my card details on a piece of paper as a form of security deposit. I don't know why this couldn't have been typed instead and been at least digitally safer. A €50 cash deposit was suggested but I didn't have any cash on me so there was that. However these did not affect my overall stay and I will come back again
