Maybe a little dated, but really lovely experience overall

Hole ways need a little bit of renovation

Great location, nice & very clean rooms, good breakfast! My first impression was not too good as the hotel looks like it’s in an alley but I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent breakfast. Close to Metro and train station. Friendly staff. Was given perfect directions of how to get to the airport. The bed had a plastic cover over it, which was very uncomfortable and I removed. There’s a very convenient clothesline in the shower however it wouldn’t pull out. A staff member came to look at the problem and said they would send someone to fix it, but it never was fixed. You do have to walk up a steep hill to get to the location. No luggage stands are provided.

It’s perfect location, very convenient! I love the team and entire service from the check in till check out. Room cleaning was proper daily. Very quiet sleep, which is very important. Breakfast is really great for this money, special love was backed apples ? Not enough sunlight, as it’s facing near by building. Ideally speak to the neighbor building to reallocate their garbage bins, so guests can have better views from the restaurant and rooms. Firsts day right after check in we wanted to go for happy hours in the bar, but it was as closed:(

Location was great. Nice bar there too. Loud hallways. Elevator woke us up many times.

So close to downtown, very amazing staffs, very clean and very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast is good. They grant special requests, they surprised my husband’s 65th birthday with cupcakes and their own made wine. We were able to celebrate it in our room privately. It was special and very unforgettable experience. That was awesome.? They offer hotel and airport transfer. Room is cleaned daily!

Breakfast was extraordinary and delicious The room was too small and there were no electricity sockets next to the bed which was something i've never seen in my whole life, we had to charge our phones in the bathroom and on the desk

Hotel is dark and dated. No restaurant service. Staff is non communicative. Room small living out of luggage.

Perfect stay in the heart of the city, highly recommended! Very good breakfast clean room nice bar and comfortable bed. Overall I am very satisfied with my choice and highly recommend this hotel.

Nice Location The hotel and the room showed a lot of wear and tear. Worse yet, there were dead cockroaches right in the middle of the breakfast area and nobody cleaned them up before I left the breakfast area.

The bathroom was small, but it is expected with a boutique hotel.

Location was perfect. Room was large. First impressions are everything. Got a snotty attitude from a young lady at the front desk on check in.

Place is central to Lisbon, subway station 1-2 min away (go up a short hill to get to the hotel). Breakfast is decent. Rolls are small and bathroom even smaller. Shower stall is not made for people of larger size.

needs more contacts to plug things in and the last night on the 25th the A/C did not work. A vending machine with snacks would be a plus.

Location is convenient Basic facilities are not adequate. Air Conditioning is not working properly across the property. They have to change my room where AC was supposed to be working fine. But still AC was not working as expected.
