they didn't have a computer one can use, like communal one. Sometimes like my case where I lost my phone it would be very helpful to have such thing on premise. but the staff was remarkably nice.

Very cute hostel and staff were very friendly. The best were also very comfortable and clean The bunkbeds were extremely hard to get into if you’re on the top, which made it scary to get out of in the middle of the night.

Good staff, equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms... Rooms without any facilities ,Not even a clothes hanger. No ascensores.

Only view from one of rooms.... Not worth.... eg. If you're reaching early and wanto atleast drop your luggage, they donot accept it for free.... They charge you for keeping your luggage till you check in... they donot keep like other places... Overall, it's a non cooperative place... Other places, padlocks are given free for your locker... here you've to buy it which is a waste...

The staff was really friendly, people are quite respectful, we stayed there for 1 night and signed up for the pub crawl which you can register at the reception and it was perfectly amazing! nothing

One of the most important things I consider when staying at hostels and traveling is the staff. This place not only had great amenities and an amazing terrace but the staff made me feel so welcome that I was able to enjoy all the amenities even more! The kitchen was large and clean and has everything you need to make a meal for any time of day. The location is close to everything you might need and many historical monuments

Only the service of Maria was good, the Brazilian lady nevertheless she is stuck with the inflexible military style rules & regulations of the management, but at least she say no in a positive way. She also do her best to satisfy the clients within her capabilities binded by the inflexible hostel regulations. The Hostel is very difficult to find, more over lots of stairs to reach it. The bathrooms were stinky & very dirty. The lockers doors are installed upside down very hard to open. The beds has no curtains. The worst thing is the staff they are rude inflexible they give guests orders like in the army. They have no idea about hospitality. The kitchen & the deck close very early like in a boarding school. Those guys they don't know how to run the business neither they have any idea about hospitality. I rated them 2 because of Maria efforts other wise I was planning to give them Zero. I will never come back to that place. After my complaint to Maria about the staff the remaining staff started to treat me slightly better. I do not recommend at all.

Good location, nice shared kitchen, fast internet and comfortable bed in private room No AC in room in July made it impossible to sleep

I booked the private room and the bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious with a tiny desk for work. Internet was super fast. The hostel is in a really good location and was cleaned daily but some guests will leave lots of hair in the shower. Overall a well managed hostel, but not the most comfortable if you’re not in your 20’s anymore No AC or fan in the room made it very difficult to sleep. No elevator made it very inconvenient when carrying big luggage

Good choice to be in Madrid . Big facility with all kind of accommodations. Share bathrooms wasn't a problem , always available and clean . They don't have a kitchen ?

Very good location, view from balcony Room entrance only by card Lockers Linen and pillow old and in bad condition Beds with a lot of noise if someone has any movement/action
