The air conditioner light could not get off and so much light in the rooms

So close to the city center and the staff were so accommodating and nice! The room in itself was small but it’s okay because it was so clean and cozy

It felt welcoming, clean, and a nice home away from home. Would have enjoyed a little more variety with breakfast only because we were there for a week.

Restaurant hours unreliable, often unexpectedly closed when hours said was open.

Well located The housekeeper came in to my room and pull the covers from above my head thinking I was not there. Left and slammed the door behind her. She woke me up because she pulled my hair by accident. She left the room without apologizing. I thought it was a ghost but I asked told the front desk guy who said it was the housekeeper who’s done that by accident while I was taking a nap. Scared the hell out of me!

Loved everything about the Hotel. A perfect location, small and cozy, and extremely clean. The reception and concierge team were exceptionally attentive. They arranged our reservations promptly and gave us wonderful recommendations. We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back.

A beautiful small hotel in an excellent location in Lisbon. All the staff are delightful and very helpful. Housekeeping was also very good. Rooms are spacious and clean and the bathroom/shower perhaps the best of all 5 properties we stayed at in Portugal Our meal in the restaurant was very disappointing. Both our dishes(cod burger and angus steak) were very poor. The cod was 3 small very thin pieces and the steak all gristle and tough. It was the worse meal we had in our 2 week stay in Portugal. The restaurant was often quite empty when all neighboring restaurants were bustling. Please improve it as it lets you down

Great location. Helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were exceptional. Comfortable beds, view of the river, beautifully decorated. Exactly what you would expect from a boutique hotel. The food and drinks in the quaint bar/restaurant were wonderful. Highly recommend! Everything was lovely.

Everything was in the right place at the right time. It was right in the middle of everything without the noise and mess of other places Nothing.
