The staff.... 1st class! Location is good as well, room are nice and clean.

Eclectic, charming hotel. The room was enormous with a separate living area. Comfortable bed. How nice they knocked and dropped off a brownie or snack in the evening. The breakfast buffet was huge, and the coffee was delicious. Indoor or outside area for breakfast. I loved on arrival the concierge gave maps of the city with so much useful information for getting places, and then walked me to my room. I thought there would be a wine and cheese type of tasting, if so I wasn’t informed about it. I noticed there were bottles of wine in the front office. The entrance area has dirty shabby carpet, which is so different from the lovely rest of the place. This makes for a bad first impression until you get inside.

I liked the boutique style of the hotel and location. The entry way could have been updated a bit.

Great location, tons of restaurants nearby, easy to get around the city. Yummy homemade breakfast, the best of the trip! Didn’t realize there was no mini fridge in the room but the staff were very kind to let us leave a few things in the main fridge. The family room has a 3 level bunk bed so just be mindful of that if you have little ones but overall a very good size for a city!

Breakfast was nice, area was good, the complimentary wine and cheese was a nice touch The bed was either broken or really worn out. The unit was small, no fridge or safe, not enough counter space in bathroom.

I felt welcome! The hotel is nearby the congress hall. Nothing I will come back!

We love the place, the staff is marvelous, they are very nice, the place is good, excellent in general, the breakfast was wonderful.

Room

This hotel is not for you if 1)      You don’t want to send your personal information via unsecure connection. 2)      If you need to access your online accounts like banking, credit cards… 3)      You are going to arrive after 21:00 4)      If you must leave the hotel prior to 8:30 (breakfast are from 8 to 10:30) 5)      If you are unable to schedule your breakfast time slot a day in advance (you get a 30 min time slot for a scheduled in advance breakfast) 6)      If you depend on a stable internet connection (example, you need to order an Uber ride in the morning). See the attached pictures from my room and public places in the hotel to get some idea.

kind and helpful staff. Great breakfast !! Good water pressure and hot water .. kids running around the room above made my room noisy at times .. [ poor insulation between floors .. ] very old but renovated building ..

It was near restaurants and a lovely market. Breakfast was very good. The wine and cheese they gave us was a nice treat. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Parking lot that is close is extremely expensive. The cheap one is a 8-10 min walk. Location is ok but you nees to take a taxi to go to the main spots. Floor in room.was noisy

Staff are extremely helpful and looked up information for me. All good. I could compensate for the light coming in.

Very well located, super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good too! This is my second time staying there and I will definitely come back. There is a little bit of smell on the corridor carpets.

I liked proximity to everything, I liked people who were extremely kind, breakfast was very nice, coffee is the best, all the team members work hard to make morning very nice I did not like that that toilet seat was not screwed in , and it was moving , when you flush toilet metal part falls down,also conditioner bottle was empty
