The hotel was exceptional! Staff were very friendly and polite. The room was comfortable, clean and hotel location was top! Metro was half a block away and tram 28 stop was around the corner - literally.
-
The staff was friendly although they seemed overwhelmed overnight as it was usually one person covering the reception but also delivering ice requests. A bit much. The videos I’d seen and reviews were great but sadly when we checked in we had a room that was directly viewing a building with plastic covers. The breakfast was also sub par.

I loved the staff especially Gabriel out in the front reception. He was helpful and very kind. Location is in a bit more of a sketchy area and rough looking. I would say it is not an ideal location. The hotel was perfect but the location is just not ideal. I would stay in Alfama next time.

Beautiful hotel,we loved everything! So happy with our choice!

One of the amenities was a/c but it either wasn't functioning or didn't work well. The room was quite warm and the blanket was a large and thick comforter only. It was at least 10 degrees (or more) cooler in the hall and other common areas. It made it quite uncomfortable when trying to sleep.

The property is a great central location and the overall aesthetic is beautiful. Honestly this place is overhyped. The room I got was not properly maintained as some of the carpet looked stained, the baseboards looked dusty and dirty, the washroom grout was moldy, parts of the curtains were stained. Some of the staff are really nice truthfully but others had an attitude. Also their AI assistant is completely useless. Overall was not impressed but this place considering the cost I would go elsewhere next time. Dont believe the TikTok hype it’s a great location and aesthetic but overall the hotel is mid or atleast the room I got was.

The location is great. Rooms are very nice, spacious and nicely furnished. Staff was friendly, with very good speaking English. I really recommend this hotel, quality-cost ratio is awesome!

The staff was wonderful. I had a small issue, checking in where the woman said my room number out loud, where I am from this is not done for safety reasons as someone could overhear the room number and know where a particular customer is saying, if they’re staying alone, if they look like they have expensive things, etc.. Luckily the lobby and surrounding areas were empty and there was no one to overhear so I did not have to ask for a new room. I explained to the woman the safety issue, and again to another staff member who joined the conversation. They were very understanding and not condescending or dismissive at all about my concern. I felt very safe after that conversation with them. Once in my room, I had a problem with the thermostat and called down to reception, the man from earlier, Elvis, immediately came up to help me with my problem and was very respectful about stepping into the room to see the problem is not to make me feel unsafe in anyway. He went above and beyond to solve my problem and even helped me speak in Portuguese because I have been trying to learn. I thought it was very kind of him to help me practice for a few minutes. I didn’t feel like the windows were adequately soundproofed for a city hotel. And as the the air conditioning vent is located both near the ceiling and as far from the bed as possible I think the hotel should stock free standing fans to be available upon request should a guest need to get the air circulating faster and cool the entire room.

This was a 30 day vacation. 2 Cruises, One 7 day land. Of all the hotels this was the best I've ever stayed in. This hotel is wiithin walking distance (about 2 miles) to a large shopping district. The cable cars are outside. This hotel is so modern the t.v. is in a mirror. I would definitely stay here again. The employees were very professional. Nothing

Nicely decorated, clean, good breakfast. Very helpful people are working there, they helped me a lot with receiving my parcels, that arrived later than expected.
-
The hotel is clean, smells great, and the staff are helpful. There are no tissues in the room and not enough water bottles.
-
Unfortunately I was given a room close to the elevator so I could hear the sounds from the lobby. There’s also too much noise from the street - the hotel is on a main street close to a hospital so there are ambulance sirens going off all day long. This is obviously not within the control of the hotel but if you’re a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs.

Love the design and freshness. We really liked the engaging young man that checked us in, each time we saw him he looked like he enjoyed his job and the people he was dealing with. Apart from the nice gentleman that checked us in on the evening of May 6th, each and every other employee seemed to be strictly rationing their smiles.

It felt very luxurious The location wasn’t the best. The surrounding streets weren’t really great to be walking around especially at night.

Comfy bed Nothing

Had the most amazing stay at this hotel, honestly one of the best hotels I've stayed at. On my first day I received a cute handwritten note, the room was always cleaned, and we were properly taken care of during our stay. Also, the view from the terrace, the room design, EVERYTHING was absolutely beautiful. Would definitely book this hotel again.

Property was Amazon’s
-
The carpet was dirty had stains and the bathroom has too many doors was difficult to use to be honest other than that was fine
-
Good location away from crowd but easy access to attractions. Lack of attention to detail. Loose toilet roll holder, no Kleenex tissue in room. Staff not overly helpful, more like an airport hotel.

Our room in Dos Reis was beautifully appointed and a short walk from the Praça Martim Moniz in the Moorish quarter and all the main sights of the old city. In our two days we were happy to walk everywhere. There are lots of great restaurants nearby and the friendly staff in the lobby were always ready with a recommendation. No complaints.
