Such a beautiful hotel right in the heart of the city. Staff were extremely helpful. Jack in particular stand out to us . They go above and beyond to help you guide you through . Being first time in Lisbon it was a must. Direction leaflet recommendation never ending kindness superb … ohh and the housekeeping were extraordinary. Immaculate rooms. We don’t try breakfast. Everything is just outstanding!

The breakfast, the willingness to help and the mattress. The room we were initially given had a round bed that simply wasn’t practical for us. We asked to change rooms, but instead of accommodating us, we were moved to a much smaller room, which felt like a downgrade. This was not fair considering what we had originally booked. On top of that, getting the lights to work was a challenge, the blackout curtains didn’t work properly, and the TV wasn’t functioning either. The replacement room was extremely small compared to the room we had booked and the price we paid. To make matters worse, we received no compensation or acknowledgment for the inconvenience. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Class, elegance, attentiveness all excellent. Very modern in an old building The bathroom sink has one light directly overhead. Thus, a face is totally in a shadow making shaving and applying makeup all but impossible.

The location was great, all the staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the theme more than I expected, walking into the lobby to the sound of a waterfall was instantly relaxing. The room was beautiful, the bed was really comfy - the soundproofing and blackout blinds meant we had a great sleep. The switches for the lights and blinds were a bit confusing and could do with an instruction manual, but this was minor!
