Location Needs maintenance.

Staff The house is a heritage house in need of repairs/ improvements. The bedroom keys did not work properly.

The staff above all, so kind and friendly.

The owner, Antonio, was very nice and went out of his way to offer to give us rides, etc. The property was cleaned daily, but the mattresses need a good cleaning. We were on a 31 day trip and checked the mattresses for bedbugs at each new place. There were no bedbugs here, but the single bed mattress in our room was covered with white stuff that you could blow and scatter. My friend refused to sleep on that bed. I did. The sheets were clean. The property is very old and needs some repair work done and general upkeep.

Location was nice, everything was easy to reach. But several construction sites, a church, and late night partiers under its windows made it impossible to sleep. the listing mentioned that the room was air conditioned, but it inly had an old noisy fan. i brought it up to the manager who insisted we needed to ask for an air conditioned room beforehand. he also kept insisting that i cancel the room through booking (it was non refundable) and claiming booking will return the money. the furniture is old and squeaky, bathroom and kitchen in horrible condition, stove can only be used for extra pay in the presence of staff.

Wonderful host, made us feel comfortable and gave us very helpful information about what to do in Lisbon! Location was very close to shops bars etc. Facilities were clean and the room was lovely.

Rooms all furnished with antique furniture. Very beautiful. Bathroom is in need of upgrade.

Rooms facing the street are very noisy. Closing the windows makes almost no difference since it's single glass.

The room was very spacious, quiet and comfortable. The location was excellent. Just a block from the metro and from the famous 28 tram. Groceries, restaurants and other services were plentiful nearby. But the best was Antonio the host. He is so nice, was very helpful and accommodating. I would stay there again just because of him. The kitchen could be better equipped but for a short stay it was fine.

No sound isolation. Bathroom wasn't comfortable.

Comfortable stay in my favorite neighborhood on Lisbon, Anjos—bathrooms were always clean, the vibe overall calm, and the staff very helpful and caring. Overall a great option!

I was not told that the bathroom was shared. The towels were not changed. There was no housekeeping. The rooms were cumbersome. There was too much furniture that we could not use anyway. There was no air conditioning.

The bed was comfortable, the room attractive and there was a shared kitchen which was useful for making tea and breakfast. The location is good. Close to the airport and the city centre. Good restaurants nearby, like the vegan Food Temple with a fab tasting menu. The owner was very helpful when we arrived late because our plane was delayed, gave lots of advice and took me to a cash point so I could pay the city tax and then on to the airport. Not realising that we were expected to pay city tax in cash on departure. That wasn't clear on the Booking com site. This led to problems with the local ATM near the property eating my card and the trip by car to a cash point. Good to have cash in Portugal and use at FCms where the card stays in an external slot.

The owner and host was very helpful and friendly. He made the stay worthwhile. He gave us good advice and helped us get to some places. The location was near a metro station and tram which was convenient . The room was nice and the place had a outside patio on the same floor that was nice to sit out on. The location was not walking distance near any attractions or nice parks that we were able to find. But maybe we missed these.

The host was a superstar. He knows everything about Lisbon and has tons of recommendations in the city and around Portugal. The back courtyard is great for a peaceful glass of wine.
