The personnel at reception is very courteous, friendly and helpful. The bathroom was very clean and modern/updated.

Great location. Room was clean. A/C worked. Internet was secure (a bonus). All the basics covered. Reception open 24/7. Had to leave a €5 deposit for an extra key. It was a big birthday for me. My husband checked if they would accept delivery of flowers. 2 dozen red roses. They said they would. But did not put them in water. The roses were all but dead. When I asked why, I was fobbed off by the staff member with 'not our responsibility'. There was no apology. Nothing. Just a dismissive, repeated, 'we are not responsible.' The manager was in the next room. He went to check with her and came back with yet another quite rude denial. Flowers + water. Not too much to ask from a hotel who seemingly prides itself on customer service. Very very disappointing.

Clean room, good king bed, tv and aircon, convenient location. Staff spoke good English and were very helpful. No tea or coffee in the room! :( Not enough towel rails, passage carpets need updating

I think this place very recently it's been remodeled everything looks brand new the floors the walls the shower everything looks pretty pristine and clean the stuff is amazing all over the breakfast room the cleaning lady the reception even the manager which I had the opportunity to meet she is she is very pleasant lady and I think it's because of her that the whole thing runs like a Swiss watch There is not really much to not like whoever doesn't like the place or anything of that sort must have been living all of the Cunningham Palace because this is very fair for the value and I am a person who is very picky and I just last two weeks I've been in like 10 different hotels and Airbnb. this thing runs like a hotel but manages like a private house and they really pamper you pretty good

Great stay! The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Everything was well maintained, and I would happily stay here again.

Great location. In walking distance to majority of main attractions, amazing restaurants. Supermarket very close by along with smaller grocery shops Super clean, nothing was too much trouble for staff.
