Location near metro was good. Location near bakery was good. The AC unit put out little cool air. The breakfast one day was OK. The next day it was closed. The TV did not work.

Room was great and clean. Staff was helpful. Every expectation was met. Everything in general, everything was okay, quiet, clean, great showers, beds, good price.

Excellent location, very close to city center. Old fashioned but very clean and decent. Breakfast is basic but adequate.

It was somewhat noisy in the morning

Lowest cost last minute private hotel room available that was in the city. Near several restaurants and a supermarket. There is a small safe available in the room. The bathroom was updated and clean. I was lucky to get a room facing the back of the hotel and did not have issues with noise from outside. The TV had several English speaking channels. The bed was fine. The bed sheets were thick and was able to stay warm at night. There was staff at the front desk 24 hours. More like a 2 star hotel. The room was not ready at check in time. Had to wait 30+ more minutes. There was a package of crackers leftover from previous person in the closet. The building and furniture seem a bit old but is maintained. For example, the room card is just a piece of plastic with holes to open the door. There is a strange smell in the elevator. The heating/cooling in the room does not work. It blows the same temperature (cold) if you set the thermostat to 0 C or 30 C or if set to cold or if set to hot.

Great location with metro stop 100m away. Restaurants in area and easy walk into centre or can catch metro. TV didn’t work

I chose Hotel Anjos because it has its own underground car park. Spaces are limited and on a first come first served basis. The manager allowed me to leave my car a couple of hours beyond the midday checkout time as I had an important meeting to attend, and this little act of kindness made the difference to my stay. Hotel is very basic - room and reception area.

i was very pleased with this place, i'm very happy for the nice stuff and FREE parking! I was looking for hotel near the centre with a good parking conditions first of all. Hot water, nice district. Will come back soon, perfect place to stay, 20 minutes walking What i like is this tipe of neigborhood, maybe somebody want something another, but i can't find anything what i dislike))) Sorry!

The receptionist HELIO, was very helpful. No minibar in the rooms.

Only the location This hotel felt like a complete scam. It was clearly stated that parking was guaranteed, but when we arrived, we were told it was full and not available. The same thing happened with breakfast, it was advertised as included, yet we were informed on-site that there were “issues” and it wouldn’t be provided. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the service overall was unacceptable. There were no towels provided, and it felt like the basic standards of hospitality were simply not met. I would not recommend this place

good parking lot..underground 25 mins walk to downtown nothing

Hallway and room smelled musty. Air conditioner stopped working at about 10pm. I would not recommend this place or stay there again.

The location was really good! Also, in the night shifts there was the sweetest young guy taking care of the desk, he has an Afro. He would ask me all the time if I was okay and if I needed anything. That made my day and made me feel safe at night. There was this one guy in the morning (he looked like the person in charge. He wore a grey suit) who was Portuguese and very rude. He kept staring at my boobs every single time I asked for something. Honestly I felt very objectified and a little unsafe with him.
