It’s very convenient for the location. The rooms were comfortable and clean, sound proofed. The terrace is also a nice to have. We felt at ease and had good rest. The restaurant is very limited (only breakfast) so you need to find food elsewhere.
-
Clean and well appointed hotel with interior courtyard, perfect to enjoy summer late evenings. Breakfast had a nice variety of choices and was served in a pleasant and well organized area! N/A

Great location. Very good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Very modern decor which is good or bad depending on your personal taste.
-
The location was close to the cruise port and to other attractions. It was hard for taxis to get access if they are not familiar with the location.
-
Breakfast fine. Property had construction in the couryard.

Interesting building, spotlessly clean, fantastic location. Old world charm but freshly renovated to incorporate modern conveniences. Staff are amazing I like everything, this was my second stay at this hotel. I think the only part that could be improved is the access to the entrance. It is a quaint street however it needs cleaning and garbage picked up

It was clean and near some good reatuarants. Hard to find as the cab driver wasn’t able to go down the street. The bathroom has no place to put toiletry items
-
the front desk staff-helpful the main road was closed, it was a challenge to reach the place especially if you are carrying your luggage. Taxis cannot enter, you got to walk

-
Good breakfast, nice staff, close to city center Difficult to walk to city center due to slippery pavement and very narrow sidewalks (not hotel's fault, of course

Inside Property is clean with two elevators. Nice and quite The property at old town, when I call uber or Bolt , uber and Bolt can’t come to the front of hotel, it’s my first time to Lisbon, I missed three bolt cars, because I can’t find when was Bolt drivers waiting, and they can’t pick me up at the front of the hotel. It was headache..
