The hotel is on prime location on the heart of Baixa. So many restaurants, shops, close to everything. The stuff we're welcoming and kind. The room was spacious, very clean and quiet. You couldn't here anything that's happening on tge street. We got free access to everything in the mini bar and small giftd like hat's, kit for kids with all the essentials for bathing. We will definitely come back Anything

Great location, clean and nice staff Not sure what was happening but all hours of the morning and sometimes at night there was constant knocking and dragging of furniture.

The location was excellent with my room over looking the street. The foyer and bar were very nice with lots of plants. The staff were very nice as well.

The staff were super helpful. The location was excellent and as a bonus the mini bar was complimentary and refilled each day. The rooms were very modern. Loved it all.
