The hotel's location was good, and breakfast had a few options. Staff at the check-in were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very tiny, you can find more comfortable options and hotels closer to the subway station for a similar price.
-
Location; close a huge public parking place, close to metro. Breakfast was fine. Building is old and too high, elevators to small and old, linens of the bed was not set by mistake-staff compansated and apologized for the mistake

Good breakfast, helpful front desk staff. Small elevators, no many amenities in the room.
-
Not well located for just walking around. Quite distant from major points of interest.
-
Very good. This is my 2nd stay. Will come back

Nada a apontar!

The location is incredible. It is right next to the park where the hop on hop off buses run. And the room was okay for sound, though I faced the main street and I think I was on the fourth floor so it wasn't incredibly quiet. The staff was nice and the onsite breakfast is good.

Beautiful location every employee was very nice

Location is good. Nice to have welcome pastry. Shower area design is strange, easily flood the bathroom.

The staff were very friendly and always ready to go extra miles. We arrived at noon after a long flight and the reception lady gave us the room key without asking any questions given the check in time was 3pm. The room was clean and the breakfast was really good. The location is very convenient being next to the Metro station and plenty of bus and taxis available nearby. None

Everything is great at this hotel. The staff is fantastic, always helpful and ready for anything. The rooms are bigger than many others I have been to in Europe. The ambience, the decoration. A great taste in everything. The nice detail of welcoming us with Portuguese pastries, candy bars and a bottle of water in our room is something to remember. The breakfast is also great , a wholesome start of the day in which the famous Pasteis de Belem are present. During the day they also have the Pasteis, cold flavored water, and fruits at the reception. The hotel smells great everywhere you go. The breakfast room which is also a restaurant during the day is a beautiful, clean and big place where you can enjoy your breakfast surrounded by beautiful decoration. Everything is great here but the greatest asset is the staff which makes this hotel a great one. No complaints of any kind.

We appreciated the staff and the excellent breakfast buffet. Special mention to all the staff, we are grateful to them especially Deborah and Anna and the housekeeping and breakfast staff. Thank you so much. None.

Great location, very clean rooms and wonderful staff! We had to extend our trip by a few days (unexpectedly) and the staff were very helpful & accommodating. Being near the park was really nice, felt less touristy yet still in a good location to explore Lisbon.

Friendly staff, very helpful

The room was clean, good space, and well located with a walking distance to the marina. No coffee maker in the room.

Comfortable and pretty rooms. Even though the rooms we stayed in were facing the main road, it was not noisy at night (we have stayed on both lower floor and upper floor). The hotel is close to public transits and two metro stations - just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. The buffet breakfast is good too and it is served in a spacious dining floor up to 11:00 am. The clothes hangers are fixed to the closet, it makes it difficult to hang clothes in other areas. Only one bottle of water was provided even when we stayed for a few nights.

Nice hotel, very confortable; great breakfast and good location. Everything was good!
-
Missing little details at room like body lotion and disposable slippers.
-
Breakfast is solid. Daily cleaning properly made; we stayed 5 days and were very pleased to return everyday to a very clean room. although next to a busy road, it wasn’t noisy at all, even when our room faced directly the street. Nothing particular.

Disappointed with the accommodation. The room had a strong smell of sewage coming from the air conditioning pipes. The smell was noticeable in the hallway and unbearable in the room 813.
