Jam Hotel Lisbon

The staff were friendly, helpful and provided great recommendations. The rooms were different than any property we’ve stayed at previously in a good way; the design was functional with a goal in mind. And the pool made the stay with kids very pleasant. Most places we visited required an Uber, although we enjoyed the less busy hustle of the property than the center of town.

Stuff and breakfast

Room was nice. Convenience to the city was great. Price is great. My room was next to a construction site so every morning i heard lots of noises and bumps and drills until i would leave for the day. Access to food outside of breakfast hours is pretty dire. The location is near a row of bars and night clubs that are not open during the day, so finding food if you were working in the hotel was hard. Staff seemed a little terse and not very helpful. I would stay again but need a fridge in my room for extra food.

The location was my favorite that we visited in all of Lisbon. It was a bit unassuming at first but if you go up the hill there are some incredible restaurants and bars. There are also nice views of the ocean.

I didn’t like there was no tv in the room, the location is too far from the old town and the breakfast eggs were horrible.

Excellent facilities, big comfy rooms and beds. The whole vibe of the hotel is great. The terrace bar and pool are amazing. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Plenty of amenities and welcome gifts! The only caveat I'd have is that the location isn't super centric (which is not necessarily a bad thing). It's still fairly well connected and easy to get to and from the airport. Still a walkable distance to the downtown area. It's a bit pricey specially in high season, but honestly is good value for money.

Great staff, we had an issue with a water leak and they handled it so well and with politeness A minor thing but some of the chairs in the reception are concrete but look like normal pillows. Dont sit down too hard!

I only had one night stay in JAM Lisbon during my overnight layover, but I would definitely consider staying here again. I was checking in almost at midnight and the receptionists were really nice and helpful. The room was really cool, I liked its loft design a lot. It was clean and comfortable, and also looked cool and modern. I also had a bit of a river view, which was nice in the morning. Definitely recommend and I wish I stayed longer. Not the hotel itself, but traffic in the center is tough. Consider it to get to the airport in time.
