Jardim da Lapa by Shiadu

Do not let the outside fool you. The oasis they provided exceeded my expectations. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is fresh from their farm and unique every day. Location was in a quiet neighborhood (deceiving from the outside) but ubers everywhere were quick and less than $10 Honestly, I can not think of anything.

From the moment we arrived, our host, Lawrence, the host was warm and welcoming. He showed us around the property, provided suggestions for places to eat later and assured us that breakfast would be covered in the morning. We spent the hottest part of the day lounging by the pool. It was quiet and beautiful. Later we walked into town and had an Indian dinner at Pashmina, one of the places he recommended; it was great! The next morning we walked out to the pool and Lawrence appeared with a perfect breakfast, which was a beautiful spread of fresh fruit, croissants with sliced ham and cheese, and delicious pressed coffee. We ate by the beautiful pool and read in the sun. We were only there one night, but I wish we had more time. It was a very relaxing reprieve from the busy, and somewhat overwhelming stay in Lagos. Nothing!

The cleanliness, location, chilled vibe, but most of all the staff. This was without a doubt my most favourite place I've stayed around the world. The Staff are warm and welcoming from the start to the end. The breakfast they have on is absolutely delicious and well prepared. The hotel is extremely clean, calm and unique. This place is extremely well look after, which leads me onto the pool, I like a clean pool and this was immaculate. Thank you all so much for our wonderful stay and the great recommendations on food places to go. Thank you, can't believe I left my delicious jams. I never stayed long enough.

Everything! We loved the triple room and one of the most comfortable and warm places we stayed during our 10 days holiday in Portugal. Only sorry we only strayed one night. The service, breakfast and pool Area is amazing and the beds so comfortable. We will be back!

Loved the breakfast. The staff were amazing, they a really made it! The whole place was incredibly relaxing. Room was quite small and hardly any storage.

It was a truly hidden gem! Beautiful, cozy, amazing swimming pool, great service, tasty breakfast. Very calm and relaxing at the same time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable location Nothing. Everything was perfect!

The hotel was just lovey and staff did an outstanding job - super helpfull and attentive. It was a real pleasure to come back in the afternoon from a melting city to relax in the more cool garden and swimming pool. Getting around into a happening city quarter like Chiado was super easy using the picturesque old trams which only took a 4 minute walk from the hotel to get to - you can pay with credit card in them.

Staff were really friendly, room was clean & fresh. We also booked very last minute and they were so helpful too. Pool was also great for a really hot weekend in Lisbon.
