The room was really spacious, air conditioned, and well located in the city center. Staff was really friendly and accomodating and helped us resolve our issues fairly quickly. It was a little bit noisy. We had a few issues with the facilities. Our shower head exploded and the bidet starts off with really hot water that I got burned.

Great location. Central. Easy to get around from there. Our car got towed 1 hour after we arrived in Lisbon. Across the street from our hotel. We saw great big blue signs that said P. To us it indicated we were allowed to stop there. It was not clear to us that we were not allowed to park, would get a ticket, or much worse, get our car towed for being there. As it turns out, it was parking reserved for residents. Not residents of the hotel, but the fine print said just “residentes”. This was not the hotel’s fault but the city could have indicated in simple terms that hotel guests could be towed for parking there. It was not a nice feeling to be welcomed to Lisbon with €200 in additional and quite unwelcome expenses plus time and money lost trying to figure out what happened to your car and how to get it back. Not a great way to start a vacation. Not the Hotel’s fault at all, but not a nice welcome from the city’s public administration. Makes me think twice about renting a car and spending my money in their local economy. It’s just very risky and expensive to worry about the possibility of getting towed every single night.

Great location for what we needed. Very clean and spacious. Very large windows that opened for fresh air.. lovely .Staff was excellent. Great shower and water pressure. Pricey

The location of the hotel is just where I wanted it. And good value for money. Staff always available and friendly The water jet was too powerful. The hotel is a bit old. But it was ok for me

The room were clean and staff were friendly we enjoyed our stay the location is not central but convenient enough for us. That was good value for price the room was not renovated a bit old but still very clean and acceptable The hairdryer in the bathroom was old and not strong enough but we asked reception and they provide us another one

I forgot something in the room. Housekeeping found it and kept it. I was in touch with them and they mailed it to a destination.

The location was perfect! There’s a beautiful park in front of the hotel and a beautiful wide street that made me feel super peaceful. Nothing relevant, really.

The location was great, and right next to the park and walking distance to restaurants and sites. Just what we wanted. The quarters were a little bit tight and one of the mattresses was not the most comfortable, but for the price point and all things considered it was a great deal and I would definitely recommend and stay again

The staff were friendly and the rooms were very large for European standards. The location was great, although they claim to have parking onsite it wasn’t available, but the city garage was available Across the street. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower didn’t drain correctly and backed up after a couple minutes of showering.

The large room was great, the location was very good. The mattresses on the beds were horrible and sagging. Additionally, the pillows were the type that are stuffed so big that you cannot sleep on them without getting a sore neck. Please figure out how to make a better sleeping experience.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and a little out of date

The location was close to the metro to get into the heart of the city. Breakfast was good. The suite we booked had the living room area near the door and was really dark. Ended staying in the bedroom more often where is was lighter.
