The pillow is uncomfortable

This was my first ever hostel stay and I was a bit nervous but for no reason here. I stayed in the women's only room and had zero problems. The hostel is in the train station with a metro across the road, very easy to access everything. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the main atrium with all the plants made hanging around in the general spaces feel really cozy and inviting. I did two walking tours that they offer for free and had a blast learning the cities history. The kitchen is clean and easy to use and everyone, for the most part, was respectful and quiet at night. there was a couple bugs around on the ground and you can hear the train announcements at night a bit :/

Located right in the middle of the city center, beautiful place with great activities and common areas that make it really easy to meet people

I have to say that it was very uncomfortable to shower in the cabins, especially because the doors don’t close properly. If you can, book a room with a bathroom.

The location was amazing and the views were awesome. The rooms were huge and the beds were super private. Joao was super friendly as was the rest of the staff! Everything was awesome!

Loved the location for sure! I walked everywhere and enjoyed ever second! Loved the free water station available all day long. Kitchen and facilities made it easy to cook your on meal and the refrigerator space was enough for all guests. I loved the bathroom set up to where showers, toilets and sinks all separate. If something was not working they were quick to fix. Everything was fantastic only issue I had was the common area could use more air movement- many add some big fans on ceiling.

The property was clean, easy to find, centric, well maintained and chic! The staff was very welcoming from the moment we walked in the door! Joao welcomed us and got us checked in. He made sure we were comfortable and welcomed after a long day of travel! Throughout our stay staff was available and friendly. Yunuen and Diana were friendly and made sure to answer our questions and let us borrow a travel adapter when we misplaced ours.

Location was perfect you can go and see every attraction nearby within walking distance or you can take buses easily good value for money Upper bad was terrible bc i've almost slipped down and if you have sleep in roommate until late it would be worse you won't be able to see to get down by stairs from upper to floor

Breakfast

Most everything is good as expected. The location is super convenient for exploring Lisbon and Sintra. The Staff is very friendly especially João, who is also able to accurately whistle any song. The bar is generally working during the morning. One more toilet seat for men would be good, probably for women too, haven't asked. And lastly, the entrance door is a bit over sophisticated.

Ocassional noise in other dorm rooms, during quiet hours.

I was satisfied with all.

Location is fantastic! Staff very nice. Clean Not enough plugs convenient in public rooms. Kitchen needs more utensils, napkins (never any), free coffee and tea.

Great location and very nice decor. My private room also has good sound proofing and love the balcony too. Free breakfast is also a bonus. The bathroom upstairs is a bit small and should clean more often. The private room is a bit pricey.
