Location, breakfast Only a few staff members seemed friendly. You always had the impression that they felt annoyed when approaching them. On our departure morning we had to leave at 8am so we arrived at the restaurant for breakfast at 7am20 to have time to enjoy it, sadly we were asked to wait 10 minutes as breakfast starts at 07am30. We said we won't interfere with their preparation and just wanted a coffee in the meantime. After insisting they served it but we had to take it at the reception or outside. I thought that was disappointing. Also careful if you take a garden room, which is nice as you can sit outside, there are 4 steps between the bathroom and toilet and the room. My partner missed the last step at night and fall. Likely nothing serious happened. The pool is right next to the restaurant tables and there are only four sun loungers.

The location. Breakfast and outside area It was our second time their I booked room upstairs, my bad and I remembered the big rooms downstairs with garden that was much better at first time I was. Staff is not kind as in first time. They had change the room to what they had free. Which was quiet similar ro first room. There were cockraoch in the room 3 times. We called at second night we saw another one.. and been told that will take care in the morning They did nothing., same for us qt next next night with new cockraoch. The day after they just told us that they never had such problem but nothing happened Not expected from that level of hotel. Big disappointment after the 5 years before visit.
