It was clean and was at a good location.

Everything was perfect! Great location in the center, very fresh and clean hotel. The bed was super comfortable, the shower was nice, and the AC worked perfectly. Awesome breakfasts and a lovely touch with free water. Best price for this quality!

The hotel is clean and in good place. The staffs were good as well. The manager had not so welcoming behaviour. It gave me the feeling as if he is paying me to stay herer. The evening food was terrible. Normal to OK breakfast

The room was a good size. You were able to open a window for fresh air. The location was close to a metro station, shopping and restaurants. The staff was very pleasant. We were able to check in a little earlier after a very long flight and were upgraded to a room with a larger bed. We came back around 4 pm and the room had not been made up even after leaving the sign on the handle. Had to find a cleaner to get some required items.

We arrived towards the end of the breakfast period. The food was tasty but not hot. Staff in the restaurant were not very friendly.

I had a good stay. The location was good, the room was comfortable, and the staff were very polite and friendly. However, I missed having more options at breakfast.

Clean and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant to interact with and they were very efficient during check-in and check-out. Room was spacious and clean. Lovely located, well connected via metro to the city center and Santa Apolonia train station. Some corners of the room/bathroom seemed a little worn out and need a refresh/renovation

I found the hotel to use cheap materials in terms of toilet paper, towels, sleepers, etc., compared to what it advertises. It Could probably use a little renovation as well, specifically the shower area. However, the staff was amazing, very helpful, and breakfast was good. Food is too expensive and not the best quality. Need some tea, not just coffee. Crappy blow dryer.

My favorite hotel in Lisboa, the staff are impeccable and extremely friendly, they always upgrade me whenever possible. And made of me a loyal client. Everything’s but the bed size is the best

It was very clean. Our room was a suite with a beautiful, large terrace and a great view. The room had air conditioning, and the temperature was perfect. We stayed there for two nights at the end of December Nothing. I think everything was great.
