Everything was very good. The location is excellent, and the room was a great size. The staff were very attentive and even stored our luggage before the check-in time, which we really appreciated. The only thing I would suggest for future improvement is the size of the shower enclosure. I believe it could be a little larger, and the showerhead could be installed higher to provide a more comfortable shower experience.

Rooms very small and very hot without a/c. The area is also quite loud so keeping the window open is also not a real option.

The location was fantastic in the middle of old Lisbon. The room was freshly renovated with lovely bedding and a comfortable bed! Great A/C and excellent value for the price!

As I said, shower towels and the shower curtains were a bit dissapointing, but for the price we paid Im not complaining. The location was perfect so it makes up for small thngs like this, also there is a mall not to far so I just got a new towel.

the location was great, just next to the Rossio central train station there was no air conditioner in the room

The hotel has a fantastic location, comfortable beds, and a room equipped with everything needed. The shower was quite small. Also the service from the older gentleman at the front desk was not very welcoming. My room was located directly next to the reception which meant I could hear the noise from other guests.

Great location, beautiful room, clean & great staff! They accommodate luggage storage post check out No elevator and no fridge in the room but reception will refrigerate your food if you ask them.

Staff was absolutely incredible. Wonderful communication, friendly, very easy to work with. Room was cleaned every day without disturbing any of my belongings, the only way I realized they came in each day was that my towels were changed and the shower curtain shaken out/fluffed. 24 hour reception was really nice since I was in and out pretty often and at some odd hours and they were very understanding every time. I did see some people leave reviews regarding the "paper walls" or street noise, but honestly I didnt mind much. I think that's just a risk factor you need to anticipate being in such a busy/central location with old buildings. Turn on white noise or use ear plugs and I think you'd do just fine.

Lots of stairs, and the building could desperately use an update.

The room had a very strong bad smell, the shower in the bathroom was broken, and everything was super old.
