The location, walking distance to taxis, restaurants, shopping and much more The bed, it was the most uncomfortable bed that I’ve ever slept in, barely slept and woke up with pain all over my body, my husband and son reported the same experience

Great location and they even packed us breakfast to go since we had to leave for the airport before breakfast hours bega

Quiet and perfect for resting after a day of wandering.

I do not like that it does not have an elevator

Easy to access. Good breakfast. Rooms have everything you need!

Property location is superb! The room is typical room on a budget- essentials only. Rooms are very clean and stuff is the friendliest. They even pack the breakfast to go if you have an early flight. Overall - great value. Thank you! The only problem is that there is no elevator in the building and all the rooms located on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floor. We had 2 suitcases each and there is no staff on premises to help.

The location and the beds were confortable, also the bathrooms were super clean. The smell is like humid or mold and the towels were very old

Location was great! It was within walking distance to just about everywhere. Lots of restaurants and stores around, as well. The room near the street was a bit noisy at night but that's not the hotels fault. We were jetlagged and slept through. Breakfast was good, lots of options, and the coffee was good. Need to make a reservation on the time especially since we travelled with several family members. Overall, very good stay and great value for money. There was no conditioner in the shower. There were shampoo and body soap, though

Basics described were accurate

Excellent location - historical center. The subway is a 1-minute walk away. Walking distance to many major attractions in Lisbon. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, bright, comfortable, clean and with beautiful view. The bed was very comfortable. I had a room with a shared bathroom, but there were enough bathrooms for everyone. Never an issue of having to wait. And the shared bathrooms were super clean. To get to the reception and the rooms, you will have to go up several flights of stairs. There was also a small kitchen and lounge area on my floor. I will stay again next time I visit Lisbon. Nothing

It was bit outdated.

The location and breakfast The smell, the room had a particular smell like old or mold not sure, I had to open the window all the time

Amazing location!! A lot stairs ?

It was not specifically mentioned that there are no elevators. it´s quite a bit of a struggle to some people with certain age in our group.
-
Climbing three floors every day with or without luggages - understable though

The breakfast was very good. The linens were frayed.

Basic, clean, affordable accommodation in an excellent location. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had a single family room with a shared bathroom and I stayed three nights. The breakfast was very good with both hot and cold options. There are snacks, beer and wine available at the reception area for purchase at a reasonable price. They even had a wine opener and wine glass for me to use. I don’t believe there is a lift and you do have to climb a few flights of stairs to reach the reception and rooms. Not a problem for me, but could be for those traveling with lots of luggage or who have mobility issues. This is the second time I’ve stayed and will stay again next time I visit Lisbon. Overall, I had a great stay! It was all good.
