The staff was very helpful and friendly. One of the best regions of Lisbon to stay for convenience. I met lots of great people and breakfast was delicious. Bathrooms sometimes lacked soap or toilet paper.

Amazing location and super nice staff. Lovely breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately, the bedding did not look clean. Having read another review and knowing that the hostel’s response to a similar critique was that they always provided clean bedding, I thought that perhaps I was being overly critical. However, on the last morning I did see something that looked eerily like a bed bug on the bed, and I have since noticed that I have some bug bites. So unfortunate as everything else was so lovely.

The location is perfect and receptionist especially Resul and other staff was so lovely

All the staff was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and I always loved. Location is also prime.

They have had a bedbug infestation in their rooms for years and still haven’t solved the problem. When I asked for support, I was ignored multiple times through different email conversations. The place is dirty and poorly maintained. No amount of money you save is worth staying somewhere with bedbugs!!! I would strongly recommend choosing a different place.
