The staff. All of them were kind, polite and helpful The entrance (hall) has a gloomy feel, and the room is need of major maintenance (carpet, faucets, the clothes - hanging space, the ceiling, etc.). It was the first time I had ever seen a 5-star hotel where the mini-bar was completely empty. There was absolutely nothing in it. Save for the two complimentary bottles of water and the port wine. Thank you
