there were no elevator we had to carry our baggage with stairs, and the location was a bit far but it didn't make a big problem for us

Room had stinky smell, wall lamp shade was broken, bathroom sink was tiny, details matter

There is very piece and I really like it please next time provide tissue paper ha towel extra size otherwise all things are good Nothing everything is good

Felt empty

just the balcony la habitacion era demasiado pequena para dos personas, la cama super incomoda, casi no habia movilidad, el bano apenas cabe una persona parada para banarse y el inodoro bastante incomodo.

The bridge were well kept and the breakfast were great, the staff were friendly but they were not super helpful on questions other than breakfast and cleaning. the central office whats app were there for questions. all were well organized though the balcony rooms doors could not be opened and left as there were no way to secure the doors against the wind making the balcony difficult to enjoy, there is also no tables and chairs to sit on the balcony. My recommendation is that the balcony be partitioned per room with its own 2 chairs and table outside.

Location, my room has the view of the Bridge. Stuffs are very friendly and profesional . I do not have much luggage so I am OK. But someone will need to bring heavy things to long stairway.

Shower sewage without sink smells bad and toilet installed in room in dogy way defeats the private bathroom purpose

Location, price, easiness to access. You get what you paid for. I would repeat due to the easiness but there's definitely some room for improvement. There was a leak in the ceiling. The shower space was difficult to access, and the toilet door didn't fully close. You can hear everything that happens outside too.

Noise throughout the night that seemed to be some kind of alarm from a nearby room.

We booked room with balcony and view over bridge but to our disappointment whole windows were covered in some type of foil which make the windows look dirty and you can’t see clearly thru. The balcony doors were demanded and there is a hole between them and ceiling, during rain water was dripping onto our bed. There was disgusting smell coming from the shower drain all the time

Location was perfect Too tight and uncomfortable from passage,stairway to the tiny room. I was disappointed for the price charged .

There are some security issues, I received scam messages in my WhatsApp from people claiming to be from this hotel, this was two months ago and booking customer service says the hotel didn't answer yet, on the other hand, one t-shirt and one bottle of perfume disappeared from the room on two different days.

The room is small, and the bed is uncomfortable. You can also hear everything coming from the other rooms, from conversations to door opening/closing etc. Also, for some reason (either related to the property and/or booking), I was approached several times by WhatsApp asking for my bank card information saying that this was necessary to confirm the reservation (apparently a spam or hacker). Be aware and careful in case this happens to you too.
