First room I was allocated had cigarette smell, the second had a leaking faucet and no proper shower.

Not much Dark, dirty and staff were not very welcoming. The staff spoke in Portuguese and then would all laugh together. Poor communication skills

Ok location Although the trainee at the front desk was sweet and bubbly (it was maybe her second day) the others were nowhere near good, just kind of stood there looking indifferent. It also got under my skin that the bathroom sink wasn’t emptying and the shower apparatus was a mess. Made me think “and someone actually cleans this bathroom, knows it’s broken, but doesn’t get it fixed before having it used by guests”!

During an exam in the morning some guys began a music lessons in the next room singing the church songs so I couldnt concentrate and failed.

The hotel is located bedside public transportation and plenty of great places to ear. There was black mold in the shower and on the walls of my room.

The place was very clean, room windows can be opened for fresh air. The hotel is right at a metro station. Breakfast, although lacking imagination, did the job with cereal, toast, rolls, hot food and fresh fruits, yogurt, to choose from. For the price, this place is great. Little noisy at night if your room is on the street side.

The hotel is located beside the subway and great restaurants. Black mold on the walls and in the shower.

Elevator too small. Waited awhile for elevator service

Clean room, good breakfast. Breakfast could have started a little earlier. We had to leave at this 7:30 for a tour and it was hard to grab something to eat. Also, please provide wash cloths!

There was no water, tea or coffee in the room when we arrived, but the receptionist gave us some on request. The mini fridge didn't work and never got fixed even after we asked and the safe didn't work

Clean, nice, affordable. Need coffee in the rooms. You had the coffee maker but no coffee!

The room was very clean and well maintained, the breakfast was good with a nice selection, and overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. I would happily stay here again. There was nothing in particular to mention. Everything met my expectations, the room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the stay was comfortable overall. I didn’t experience any issues or inconveniences during my visit.

Great hotel with an excellent location and outstanding service. The comfort level is amazing—you truly feel at home. Rooms are clean, spacious, and cozy. Breakfast offers a good variety and quality. Staff are friendly and professional, providing great service throughout the stay. One downside: there’s no option for dinner at the hotel, which would have made the experience even better. Overall, highly recommended for anyone visiting Lisbon! No option for dinner at the hotel, which was inconvenient after a long day. Water leakage near the toilet when the shower was turned on—needs maintenance attention.

Staff members like Antonio, Anne, Sushama were great.

Hotel was nice and clean and the room was also clean .

Excellent location and staff, room was clean and bed was comfortable. I was not able to adjust the thermostat and prefer to have my room warmer then what the temperature was set at.

Great location. Helpful staff all around ( front desk, cleaning staff, breakfast room,….). Quiet and comfortable. Elevator is a bit small when everyone is checking out at about the same. Not a huge problem. Would have appreciated coffee pods for the coffee maker in the room.

I like the location Easy access to public transport, restaurants, grocery stores. The beds are comfortable and rooms are clean
