I had a wonderful stay at the TURIM Terreiro do Paço Hotel. The location is outstanding—within walking distance of countless restaurants, shops, and many of Lisbon’s top attractions, making it incredibly easy to explore the city on foot. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always friendly throughout my stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made for a relaxing experience after long days of sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Nothing

The location was excellent and made it very easy to explore Lisbon. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I had a pleasant stay and really appreciated how cozy and welcoming the room felt. The only thing I didn’t like was the noise from the tram passing right next to the building. It was quite loud, and the bed would shake when the tram passed, which made it difficult to fall asleep. However, I understand this is not really the property’s fault.

The young Indian receptionist who welcomed me on my first day was exceptional. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name, but she was incredibly kind, professional, and very helpful throughout the check-in process. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The housekeeping staff did a great job, and the luggage attendant was also very friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent location, cleanliness, and the outstanding service provided by most of the staff. The only negative aspect of my stay was my experience during check-out. The receptionist on duty seemed rather rude in her manner and facial expressions, which made me feel uncomfortable and a little unsettled.

Amazing hotel! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made our stay extremely relaxing. The location couldn’t have been better—everything we wanted to visit was within easy reach. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The room was small, and it's a single room, so be attentive what you book. But overall it is clean, and comfy for one person. The price is a bit too high, but I think this is still avarage for Lisbon

Good size room, clean room and bathroom. lack of storage area for clothing, hallways could be better cleaned
-
The location was good Friendly staff clean room The refrigerator isn't cooling well... there's no soundproof insulation.

The location is perfect. Near everything, walking distance to many places. Clean, comfortable and good value for money. N/A

Perfect location, walking distance to everything. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was wonderful with an excellent selection of items. The room was a little small without a lot of space for personal items, the perfect location comes with a little bit of noise in the evening but your in the perfect location

Location was good. Breakfast was very nice. Staff is very, very pleasant. We had an enjoyable stay. .We paid for a room that was listed at 215 sq.. ft. as per Booking.com. The room was small about 175 sq. ft. They could do a better job organizing breakfast. A number of people were unhappy because they couldn't be seated. They should tell EVERYONE upon check-in that if they plan to have breakfast they will schedule a time for them. Lastly, there is an area in the lobby adjoining the breakfast area where they could place an additional 2 or 3 temporary tables if needed. Thanks!
