Location was great. Hotel clean and tidy. Nice fitout. No soap in the shower dispenser I never received the invoice for this booking after requesting it twice

Everything. Facility and services were just great. Pasteis de nata in the lobby was a nice touch. At breakfast, I asked for fried eggs over easy but came as over hard. Apart from that there is nothing to fault at all.

Breakfast was superb, Location was excellent, everything was in walking distance from the hotel. Staff were friendly and informative Would definitely stay again The only negative is that our private transfer couldn't drop us directly at the Hotel as it is a restricted access road,reserved for electric vehicles, so we had to walk a little way with our suitcases and the same applied to our pick-up the next morning.

The receptionists were amazing , they were so welcoming and explained everything as well as they gave us the map of the city and showed us good spots and restaurants

Great location, great staff, great hotel, great little details and tokens of service everywhere The beds need some help if the stay is longer than a day and don't get a room next to the elevators since it sounds like sleeping next to an airport tarmac

The location is perfect, staff is extra nice and efficient. You can tell that just good people have not only good employees. For me it was a very pleasant surprise to find the gym so handy, 24/7 open and supplied It's a small matter but Adding drawers could be helpful.
