The location was perfect walking distance to shops and restaurants. The hotel rooms were so comfortable and clean. The staff was the best part of the stay- all were so kind, helped with luggage, pulled our car up and even did turndown service. Stay in a lot of hotels but this staff was the best I’ve experienced in a long time.

All employees are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is outstanding. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay in this historic property! Staff were exceptional, breakfast was great and beds were very comfortable. Loved the walkable location!
-
Although very well located and very pretty on the inside, I’m not sure it could be ranked as a 5 star hotel. Maybe a very good 4 stars? Rooms are very small, bathroom amenities are just ok, and breakfast also ok - was expecting more considering it’s rated as 5 stars.

Great location in Lisbon. Beautiful common spaces. Great breakfast! Rooms were a little spartan. Light switches a bit confusing. But didn’t matter.
-
A wonderful birthday treat. Fantastic staff, lovely restaurant, and a brilliant massage It was perfect

Its clean Nothing

The food at breakfast was fantastic. We will all miss the variety of pastries and fresh fruit. I am not a seafood eater so the Japanese inspired dinner menu did not excite me.

I liked the location. Chiado is the best place in terms of easy access to all neighborhoods. Hotel is close to Metro and waterfront. The room was spacious and clean. Modern furnishings. Mattress comfortable and firm. The shower drained poorly, and needs to bel cleaned out. The staff was excellent...competent and friendly. They made every attempt to afford me early registration and room access. The breakfast is terrific. Great choice, much better than most european hotels. Shower drained poorly.

The location is great and a good point to explore the city and return for dinner or to turn in. The staff and concierge were very friendly and helpful and even helped us book train tickets for a day trip on the high speed train (could have done this ourselves but is was fast to have them help.) The property is NOT a 5-star hotel. It does not meet that standard. Perhaps 4-star at best… this is based on having no ambiance or facilities besides the rooms and a restaurant. In comparison to a property up the street and around the corner for slightly more cost is a literal palace and museum to the history of the area. The accommodation is relatively bare bones and someone is stretching the description of the place to achieve a higher star rating. We also had a room facility malfunction that we informed the hotel staff about on our first arrival and after three nights it was not fixed although they said someone came to check it. Agree to disagree.

Came for a conference and this peaceful boutique hotel gave me a break during mornings and nights. Good location also

This hotel was exceptional in every respect. It is situated in one of the best parts of Lisbon. The staff were unbelievably knowledgeable and accommodating of every request that we made. It is unbeatable

Beautiful location behind a square down near sights and restaurants. Odd decor that wasn’t up to the price tag for the room.
