The shower temperature was hard to adjust, either too hot or too cold.

The neighborhood was a little concerning at first, because it was full of young people...not teens but young adults. We were afraid it would be noisy. It was not. We would return to the hotel and to the neighborhood.

The property was cute It wasn’t that clean

I liked a location and the place itself, but I think the best were Pedro and Rodrigo, guys made this special!!! I would really love to have more things on breakfast scramble egg was good idea, each day was the same, more changes would be nice. But the most important for this price please give some vegetables on breakfast please ?? Also it would be great if there was a city guide map in a room :))

The staff went out of their way to help us make the most of our time in Lisbon. Plus the location was convenient for seeing the many sights that Lisbon has to offer.

The location and staff Nothing

- The staff were extremely kind and polite. They helped me with my luggage and messaged me both before and after my stay. - They also gave me helpful recommendations for exploring Lisbon. - The highlight was the dinner with Fado music that they arranged for me. The experience itself was wonderful, and the reserved table was in a great spot, close to the stage. - They also allowed me to check in almost an hour earlier, which I really appreciated. The TV was not working properly. However, I did not mention it to the staff during my stay, and I believe they would have fixed the issue if I had told them.

Location was excellent, the room was perfect for three adults. Housekeeping did great, room was clean and the shower was amazing!!! Best of all however was communication with Pedro, from the time of booking and during the stay. He gave suggestions for local places to visit and arranged a true Fado dinner experience for us through his brother who is a Fado singer, and arranged a table right up front. What an amazing experience. I highly recommend this hotel. Close to everything and breakfast had wonderful selections. I will definitely stay there again if in Lisbon. Not a thing

The hotel hosts Pedro and Rodrigo were beyond excellent! Both of these guys were so accommodating and excited to assist us on finding the best experiences around Lisbon. I truly appreciate them taking their time to chat and share with us "real" options to experience rather than the same boring typical tourist traps. Thank you guys so much for making our stay so much better with your help! No complaints

The location was great. Close to metro. Easy access. The rooms are comfortable,bright,clean with comfortable beds. The staff were welcoming and more than accommodating. Staff could be ambassadors for Lisbon. They are full of recommendations and suggestions and willing to help with logistics. Excellent concierge services. I would stay again and recommend to others.

The staff - especially Rodrigo and Pedro - were incredibly helpful.

I really liked our room and our bed was very comfortable. I also appreciated that the shower had good pressure and never ran out of hot water. Everything was extremely clean. The staff were excellent. They were always available to help us with any question or concern we had. There is a great coffee shop right across the street which our family loved also. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was that it can be noisy on Friday and Saturday nights because of the bars and restaurants near by. The other nights we stayed it was quiet.

Location Facilities are too basic. No table and no closet

Hotel was in a good location at the bottom of the hill making walking easy and close to sights and shopping. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included.
