Very friendly and helpful staff. Very welcoming. Clean and comfortable modern rooms. Nice bathrooms with good shower. Good breakfast. Easy to get a taxi or Uber into Milan (Uber or a metered taxi is cheaper than prebooked but the hotel staff will book one for you if needed). Would definitely stay again. Although gluten free biscuits and cakes were provided, there was no bread for toast. One room was near the breakfast area and kitchen and so was noisy from 5am when breakfast was being prepared. Other rooms were lovely and quiet.

The room has good spaces and you have a locker where you can save your clothes . Room service should not enter the room, I like my privacy and I don't like them to come in.
