Very good room, clean and nice breakfast. All was fine

Bathroom light was not working bed and pillow was very uncomfortable

The room was all that it needed to be for a single person travelling. The bed was oversized for a single, and there was an extra pillow in the cupboard. The bathroom was good, shower was large enough for my liking. Wasn't clear if there was parking on site or not. Still easy enough to park in the angle parking on the street. Lifts were a little small and slow (but not that this can be changed). The road passing can be quite busy, but had no issue with noise as all rooms seem to face to the sides of the building.

Took a single room, was large enough and well laid out. Comfortable, and I appreciated having an extra pillow to use if wanted (which I did). A little chaotic for parking in the street, but it is Monza / Milan, so did not expect more.

This was just a stop on our way back to Germany, so we only stayed one night. Parking was available right out front, and the front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were told about the rooftop restaurant for dinner, and breakfast was served downstairs in the morning. The room was fine for a short stay, and extra blankets were provided when we asked. Breakfast was decent, though not included in the stay. We would stay again, but would not eat at the rooftop restaurant. We had hoped to have rooms close together but were placed on completely separate floors. At check-in and when asking about dinner, no one mentioned that a reservation would be necessary. When we went upstairs around 7pm to request a table for 7, the staff member we spoke with seemed annoyed that we didn’t have one, even though the dining room was empty (guests were only seated on the veranda). Our server, a young lady, was very kind, but the dinner experience overall was disappointing. The entire meal took about three hours, much longer than we wanted after a long day of driving. The menu was fine, but with small children in our group, the lack of a children’s menu was difficult. Service was slow, food took a long time, condiments never arrived despite multiple requests, and we only received salt and pepper after asking a third time. Dessert, ordered by a few in our party, took nearly an hour to arrive and only came after we flagged down a head waiter. Unfortunately, this was not the relaxing evening we were hoping for.

Exceptional

Close to race track Really hot rooms. Very noisy.

We arrived at the hotel, checked in and right when we got into the room is where the problems began. My 2 brothers slept in the much larger adjacent room and I slept in the entry way room. To my left was an old AC ventilator and since the temperature was around 17c I decided to turn it on. Huge mistake. That sent everything down a spiral and I am still recovering from it. Coughing, sneezing, headache, sinus congestion, sinus infection and inflammation. That wasn’t the only problem. When I sat down on my bed a cloud of dust pushed out and that’s when I realized that this room was not well maintained. I ended up inhaling all of that. Could sleep cause it was tissue after tissue after tissue. Had to get on a plane early morning half-dead. Still sick, still in pain, at home, still recovering. The staff was fine, didn’t have an issue. The male receptionist gave me ginger tea, apologized and that was my one night I spent there. Never again. I’m mad but hey, forgiveness.

Nice lounge bar The restaurant seems nice, but i didn't go there There was lime and dott nearby the hotel available The chair in the room was not suitable for work or even for seat. Very unconfortable There was just one body soap in the room The minibar was just water, i had to order the extras from reception There wasn't written the wifi password and no indication on which button to press to call reception No room service I don't know why but the power outlet was just one near the bed and was already connected to the lamp, and it wasn't shuko, so i couldn't connect my laptop or my phone without unplugging the lamp. The other big lamp was sconnected from the power so i had to plug it. In the reception there wasn't a place where to sit very confortably and maybe do some work on your laptop.

quite, clean, parking available for free. there is person name: Ali, he is super star. if i would come again is just because Ali as he served us big time breakfast was moderate. not much to offer.

The front desk staff on arrival were pleasant. The room was very basic and certainly is not a 4 star hotel. The main problem is the heat. The room was very stuffy on arrival and there was no way to reduce the temperature other than opening the window. Even with the window open, the room was uncomfortable and the noise from outside made it difficult to get a decent night's sleep. It does appear the hotel staff are very well aware of the problem and multiple guests and colleagues had the some problem during my stay and were advised simply to keep the window open at night. It is not a good option for work related stays as a result.
