The staff was very unprofessional and the room had lots of mold and tears on the wall and they didn’t have a trash can in the room or no ice bucket like most hotels and they gave me a trash bag to put ice in which is unsanitary

You couldn't have guests in the room. Guests are only allowed in the parking lot. They only supply one towel and wash cloth. No matt for bathroom floor when exiting the shower so floor wouldn't be soaked. No ice buckets, they'll give you a bag for ice. Television had a select number of channels that worked (all news channels basically)

Room was unlivable. The front door wouldn’t shut properly and the place was very dirty. We did not stay we left. They would not give a refund.

Completely mess, there are some insects in the bed, it’s not clean, bedsheets, mattress are stinks, very bad smell, we left the promises in midnight because of not bearing all of these

This is a dirt cheap motel. They showed me three of their best rooms which were like two on the scale of 10 one of the rooms they had to open with the crowbar room. My head was clean when I said clean I mean it was decent the TV didn’t work.

The man at the front who checked me in was very nice and helpful. The rooms are disgusting and dirty! A little scrubbing would go a long way in there. The walls, doors and floors are disgusting. The sink was clogged with something and gross to even look at.

I arrived to four police cars dealing with a situation at the bar next door. Interactions with the office are through a locked window on the sidewalk. The room was clean enough, though there was no inside trash bin, the floor was oddly sticky, and there was only a light sheet on the beds (no comforter). Sheets had stains, and the mattress was well worn in. Room smelled like incense and pot. Hot water and air conditioning worked (loud enough to drown out most sounds of the neighbors or outside). People coming and going most of the night.
