Cleanliness

From the time I checked in everyone was so polite, and helpful. The room was very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Recieved a letter from the property about upgrading going on with the property. Well I did not recieve one of the upgraded rooms. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall, shower curtain was torn, coffee pot did not work (asked for an new one and never recieved it), and the bathroom sink did not drain correctly.

The hotel was in the midst of renovation, so the room wasn't fully equipped with the usual things you would expect, like a safe or two end tables beside the bed. Limited wall plugs and was missing an end table. Had a 4-day stay, and the room was cleaned on the first and third days, which was a little weird. I would recommend this hotel once the renovations are fully completed.

The water pressure in the shower was also pretty low, although the water stayed nice and hot. A few things to know before you book: * If you book through a third-party site like Expedia, you’ll still need to pay a $50 security deposit at check-in. * They don’t accept tap-to-pay, so be sure to bring your physical debit or credit card. * The front desk staff was polite, but there wasn’t always someone at the counter, so expect to wait a few minutes if you need assistance. Parking was easy, and the mall is conveniently located right behind the hotel, which was a plus. Out of the hotels in that area, I would still choose this one again. I just hope they improve the Wi-Fi and streaming services because that was the biggest disappointment during my stay.

The property was clean. However, I could tell housekeeping wasn't doing thorough cleaning because we found keys in the sofa. Breakfast was a plus but the time should be extended. Also, the pool was closed and that was one of the reasons I chose that property.

This was my 2nd time staying here and I wasn’t as pleased. The tv did not work. We were awakened at 1:30a from a blaring fire alarm. The overnight front desk attendant was so dismissive and nonchalant about it when we inquired about what was going on. When trying to check out she was outside and my husband had to go tell her I was waiting to check out. For a Marriot this visit was awful.

The check in was excellent and easy. I always clean my room first and it was clean. My stay was cool.

The TV did not work for most of the stay The shower tub was backing up we had to clear it by removing the stopper ourselves so the water can go down

Elevator is still out of service . Been a year lol.

My son and I stayed for one night the hotel was clean…one of the elevators didn’t work and the beds were less than acceptable. No comfortable at all! Cheap mattresses for sure. It was cool for one night…
