Outstanding service from check in to check out. The lobby was in the process of being upgraded, so it was a bit dusty, but they did a great job of working around that. The staff was amazing and very helpful and our rooms were clean. Thanks for making our stay relaxing!

Things weren’t great due to renovations, but the room was nice.

Good location close to river. Seemed pretty safe. Spacious and clean room. Damian was super helpful at check-in. Breakfast buffet was very good. Be aware that parking in secure garage behind the hotel is $15 extra.

Only a few complaints: we were told there wasn’t breakfast due to renovations, yet later found out they had something set up on Floor 2. The other concern, on floor 8 last night an alarm was going off in a room 2 doors down. Called the lobby from the phone in room and there was no answer, called the main number from my cell phone, was answered with a please hold and I stayed on the line for exactly 10 minutes and nobody got back in the phone. Being in a hotel with what sounded like a fire alarm and not having anyone from the staff to answer our call or get back in when they did answer/. Was concerning, but I went into the hall and was told by the occupants of the room, it was an alarm in their bathroom. Would have liked assurance from staff. With that being said, we would absolutely return to this location because of the cleanliness and location.

The lobby was under construction, which wasn’t communicated the breakfast was set up on the 2nd floor outside the elevators which was communicated at check-in.

Under MASSIVE CONSTRUCTION. Had no idea. There was even construction dust in my room on the 3rd floor. NO BREAKFAST - sign saying so in the elevator. Poor parking! DO NOT stay here until the construction is done. It was a BIG surprise.

The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful to us. There were areas of the hotel under construction but the management and staff kept the impact to those staying at the hotel at a minimum. Well done. The hotel is centrally located affording my daughter and I the ability to walk vs driving to many of our outings.

Great hotel! Clean and comfortable and the staff was super helpful. I had to hide a birthday surprise downstairs! Unload luggage at the check in desk because parking is around the block in garage and then you walk through a corridor to the back where the pool is. Great stay!!
-
Did not eat breakfast- no time. Garage was safe, as was the entire property.

Great location

I was told first the hotel was pet friendly but when I call to make sure I was told it was not. When we got to hotel there were pets everywhere

The River Market Hampton downtown Little Rock is amazing I’ve stayed there multiple times I the past few months and many times before then and the service, cleanliness, amenities, free breakfast, and now newly renovated rooms are everything that you need for your stay in Little Rock. It’s only steps away from nice restaurants in the downtown area and for you to also explore what downtown has to offer. I stayed there this weekend and it was everything that I expected and more because I didn’t know about the renovated rooms. They are still under construction but I didn’t hear any noise. They make you feel at home as soon as as you arrive. I highly recommend this Hampton so that they can make you feel like family also.

Everything was wonderful the hotel was in a great area regardless of the homeless population (I have to be honest) !!! The area is very clean!!! We loved the fact that we could walk around the corner from the hotel for entertainment, everyone was friendly and welcoming 🙏 😀!!! I'd absolutely 💯 stay here again!!!!

Very clean and quiet. Great location downtown facing Riverwalk. Continental breakfast offered a wide variety of food with a very nice dining area. Nice gated parking garage that wasn’t overly crowded. We did get a $15 unexpected charge for parking. There is a bit of a walk from the garage into the facility. I’d definitely stay here again!
