Good Value for money and with complete kitchen. Clean and tidy Pillows terrible and mattress not the best. Our Fridge was making terrible noises which kept us up all night until we had to unplug it.
-
Loved the location and the free parking. Having a pool was a plus but they could stand to update the lounge chairs in the pool area and keep it a bit cleaner. Rooms were tidy and comfort level as expected.
-
We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly and it was a good hotel. Very nice staff.
-
The location is good and the room was clean and comfortable. The furnishings were worn and one of the employees could have been more helpful. The pool wasn't super clean, but the workout room was. Breakfast was good. Would consider staying again due to location and price was fair.

Good place for downtown stay. Staff very helpful and friendly. Needs some furniture upgrades around the leather seating options in kitchen dining and rooms. Quite nice beds and very clean rooms. Parking is an issue very limited and not monitored. Came in and no space left after paying on parking charge. Staff let me park in front of hotel so would not have to walk a 1/4 mile late at night. Parking needs a better plan and accountability of who has a spot that they are being charged for at there stay

Staff was very helpful throughout our stay. This is the place to stay while in Little Rock.

We were on the 4th floor which was extremely quiet! The staff was very helpful and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Not much Accessibility to the hotel The sheets and cover smelled (bad) Bed was ridiculous very uncomfortable you need upgrades bad. The furniture in 313 is broken The TV would not let you stream No internet! Hot water in shower doesn’t work It come out for 5 seconds and quits The value for this room was not worth $160 More like $60 Really disappointed in Marriott.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast. Look forward to our next stay.

One of the best places we have ever stayed! The women at the front desk was especially sweet and helpful!

Furniture in the room needs to be updated. It was visibly worn. Other than that the room was amazing.

The room was huge, close to most things downtown. Furniture in the room needs to be updated. It was visibly worn. Other than that the room was amazing.

Great location for the activities we had planned. Easy to get to from the interstate and a wide selection of fast food, grocery, etc...as well as specialty restaurants and treats in a 2 mile radius. Some within walking distance. Walked to the Junction Bridge over the river from the hotel. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. .Was not aware there was no oven only a cook top with two burners but didn't really cook that much. The hotel needs some remodeling. It was clean, but the wooden parts of the bathroom and the furniture in the room were chipped, scratched, and missing in some cases. The bed was very, very soft or either worn and very uncomfortable if you were used to a firmer surface. The bathroom was huge for some reason. The tub shower combo was standard size, but the room was fit for a hot tub in size. I'm not sure why.

parking is iffy—if the self-park gets full, you have to park at a parking garage down the street. room itself is great and awesome location. AC will go off if you aren’t in the room! 78° when we arrived and never really cooled off because we left to sight see. maintenance wasn’t on site. so pretty good hotel if you’re ok being hot.
