The property was great. It was booking.com not paying the fee

Location was convenient only because it was close to the airport. The young man that checked me into the hotel, Marcus, was very nice and very helpful. He answered my questions and my concerns. The room was clean as well:) The wifi was very spotty. The signal was not strong at all:( The bed was very hard, not comfortable. The lighting in the hotel inside and outside was not good at all. I did not feel safe.

Nicely decorated. Hot breakfast was great Most importantly, the staff was truly exceptional. From the warm greeting at the front desk, to the pleasantly cheerful lady a breakfast, to the gentleman who insisted on helping me with my cart. Sitting right under the morning departures. Couldn’t him them inside, but outside was a little nerve racking

Hotel was okay. Room smelled old. Was told to park in back of hotel because we were towing a trailer, then told the doors didn't work and would have to walk around to side. Adequate for an overnight traveler.

Friendly staff Breakfast was bad

The hotel was very outdated. The pictures on the website are not accurate. The minute I drove up, I wanted to leave. From the parking lot to the lobby, the rooms, the pool area, the breakfast… nothing was acceptable for the price. This was a Motel 6 experience. Extremely below my expectations.

Our room was comfortable. The front desk woman who checked us in was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady was also a pleasure to talk to. The hotel seems to be a little older, but it was fine for a one night stay while passing through town. The hotel is very near the airport, but we were driving, so we didn’t need the shuttle. Breakfast had the typical HIX food, but the pancake machine was broken.

The check in staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This hotel has seen better days but that is not unexpected. We got what we paid for. When we got to our room, the door was propped open, as was the room next door. It had been cleaned, so don’t know what was up there. The door of the room next door was still open when we left the next morning.

The room was not clean. It had towels from a previous guest.

Holiday Inn Express is usually my go to place to stay for traveling. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast this time because I had an early flight.

Food was hot and the quality was good as well. Serving and breakfast was exceptionally clean. The attendant was nice and friendly. Don't have any negative comments.

When I stay at a hotel, I expect it to be nice and clean and no bugs or roaches crawling everywhere

Close to downtown. Hotel was clean Uncomfortable bed. My room was attached to the maintenance area and there was loud machinery being used at 7 in the morning. Missing latch lock to room next door. Didn't feel secure.
